Lovely house and a lovely host! Denis was incredibly helpful and shared plenty of great tips and local recommendations. The house itself is cosy and comfortable — everything was spotless and well organised, with plenty of space to store our things. Parking was easy and just off the road, and the views from the house were absolutely beautiful. One thing to note: the location is very convenient if you have a car. The old town and grocery shops were less than 10 minutes away by car, which made things really easy for us. It’s not the most walkable area for sightseeing, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we had our own transport!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Above all, everything we appreciated was reflected in the host’s warm hospitality — we felt very welcome.

This place was amazing , we fell In love with it , to be able to swim every day ( several times a day )was a joy , the bay is stunning , surrounded by mountains it is purely magical. The apartment is as described , compact but has everything you need , we were very happy there . The private area for sunbathing and swimming has such amazing views we were blown away . The location is about 20 min drive to Kotor old town and around 20 mins drive to Perast , the road is busy but for us it didnt distract from the location at all , there is a nice little beach bar a couple of minute walk along the road and a restaurant opposite ( we didn’t use the restaurant as it is a meat and fish restaurant and we are veggies , but the beach bar was great . We hired a car and this allowed us to get out and about and explore the stunning area , although I think there are buses that go past regularly . Jovica and family are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for the beers and cakes ?

My family and I had a great time in Andjela's Vlla for two nights. The views are immaculate and the villa is pristine! It was nice to be in a quiet area after spending a long day in Kotor's busy streets. Overall, would highly recommend!

Located in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful garden setting. Private safe parking. 10 mins walk to old city. Amenities are spotless. Views of mountains from the balcony. The icing on the cake is the host- who welcomed us personally with delicious . welcome snacks and drinks. On the last night she brought us dessert! Highly recommended

The blend of sleek modern touches with the preserved antique charm of the building was done so tastefully; it perfectly reflects the character of the town. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. The hosts also provided helpful recommendations for transportation and boat tours, which really enhanced my trip. We had a great stay here. Check in was very easy and the apartment is exactly as described and comes well equipped with everything that you’d need. It is around a 30 minute walk to Kotor Old Town, the supermarket is a short walk down the road. We would stay here again

It was an incredibly beautiful house. My little girl swam in the sea in front of the house every day. There was more than everything you needed in the house. It was motivating to start the day with a perfect view. Close to everywhere. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We were incredibly pleased in every way. I recommend it 🙏🏻

To start with the location is probably the best for exploring old town of kotor. The place is super clean and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Slobodan was extremely helpful, probably one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. He even helped us with taxi transfers to and from the airport at very reasonable rates. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in old town of Kotor.

Amazing host and amazing apartment. Walking distance (15 minutes) from the old city. Lidija was kind and helpful. She helped us get a cab for an early flight. The apartment was beautiful, even nicer than the pictures!

It's a beautifull and spacious appartment and the view is just amazing, watching the bay at sunset and the cruise ships leaving from the balcony. Jovana was very helpful arranging a cheaper local taxi to pick us up from the bus terminal when we got there, as we discovered that Ubber does not operate in Kotor. There are a couple of medium size supermarkets with fresh bread, meat, poultry, alcohol and fruit & vegetables about a 10 minute walk, and the other is about 15 minute walk, both are on your way to town. Trips to Tivat and Budva are easily accessible through the bus terminal which is a 20 minute walk toward town, its cheaper and more reliable than online. Highly recommend the restaurant on the upper wall, turning left from main old town gate and making your way toward the upper wall. Thanks so much Javana :)

We had an amazing stay here! Zeljko was extremely responsive and helpful. The pool was great and location was quiet with short walk to old town. Would stay here again!

Excellent value for money, the location and view was amazing. We got this place specifically for the view and it was even better than we expected. It is situated just on the entrance of the old town and only a few minutes walk away from the main things. Host is excellent too, responsive and friendly with very clear instructions.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning BnB. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was also 10/10 with some delicious food right downstairs. Hosts had very clear communication and they also answered any questions we had about Kotor. Absolutely worth every penny paid, and I would suggest that you go for this place if you’re thinking about it!
