A wonderful stay and a highly responsive and friendly host. Stunning view and a very comfortable and clean house. Excellent pool, comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. A beautiful and well kept garden added to the outdoor ambiance. We enjoyed the location of being away from the busier areas around Kotor Bay but still easy to reach the various towns and beaches/waterfronts by car, which is essential.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

Amazing location. Loved walking to the beaches and amazing space in general

As a family with 2 children going abroad for the first time, the location of the house was very nice. We were comfortable because it had a private parking space. We went to Kotor old city by car. We had no trouble checking in. The host lady quickly answered every question we asked. In general, we were very satisfied

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

It was an apartment with a magnificent view, and Milica was very supportive in all matters. We had a wonderful experience, we were very pleased.

Perast is the most magical place we have been and the stone house adds to that. For a group it is well equipped, has lots of different spaces to hang out and relax and has amazing views. It is a very short walk into the village. We hope to be back one day to enjoy it for longer!

First of all, it was in a great location, it had a beautiful terrace with a view of Kotor. Since we were 5 people, the number of beds was exactly enough. We found everything we were looking for in the kitchen. The house was clean. The host was in constant communication and helped whenever there was a problem. There were places on the street for parking, we had no problems. If we come back, we'll stay here.

Amazing, all recommendations. Guided by some previous experiences, I did not expect too much. Really, beautiful morning and absolute peace and quiet. The apartment is clean and tight, and the hospitality of the host is at the highest level. I look forward to returning again.

Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

Amazing home, even better than the pictures show. The terrace you can enjoy all day and in the evening watch when the sun is setting behind the mountains. Beba was also the best host we had, always helped us, drove us from the airport and helped us wash our clothes.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

A real corner of paradise, I confirm all the previous positive comments! Such a human-scale, calm and flowery environment, with direct access to the sea from the pretty terrace, without a road to cross, is absolutely unique in Montenegro. The accommodation is very well supplied and maintained. Jelena was proactive and very available. We had an unforgettable stay 😊

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

He greeted us very well and showed our house at first, the garden cleaning of our house was extremely good and well thought out. Since we came from Turkey, he even bought us Turkish coffee. We felt at home. We only had a hard time getting home on our own at first. As our host said, the location didn't take it exactly towards the house. He was a very friendly host. We loved her and her hospitality ❤️
