Ella and Mathias are such kind hosts! They answered all of my questions right away. And sended us all the infos we needed to find their place without any issues.😊 The apartment is even prettier than on the pictures and for us the highlite was definitely the bed because you climb up the stairs and when you look out the window at night you see the beautiful city lights. We really recommend this place!😊Everything was perfectly clean and the bathtub was a huge plus same as the washine maschine you have everything there to feel right at home.☺️ We would definitely come back!

Die Wohnung war die größte die wir bisher auf Island hatten. Bei der Ankunft haben uns die Gastgeber freundlich begrüßt, die Wohnung übergeben und den Whirlpool eingelassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is the second year we have stayed at the cottage and we absolutely love it. The view from the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee is one of my favorite parts of Iceland. The cottage is cozy and has everything you need for a stay of any length. Gummi is an excellent host - kind, flexible and response. The final special touch is the hot tub. This is one of the few homes with one. So nice to relax after a day of skiing . We will be back!

Loved staying at this place! The loft made the living space so big and comfortable! Super easy to use the hot tub and spotted some great northern lights while in the comfort of warm water. :)

This was a perfect place for me and my elderly parents who use walkers to get around. Two bathrooms was a super good bonus. Dalvik is a lovely little community. Close to everything.

A computer glitch deleted our original pre-paid booking at a place which we reserved 5 months prior in Blönduós, and we were scrambling to find lodging. Fortunately, Gunnar was able to accommodate us last-minute at his recently renovated historical home in Sauðárkrókur. The kitchen has modern appliances and the twin mattresses were high quality and comfortable. The house is located walking distance from local restaurants and I enjoyed looking at the fjord from the windows.

Das Haus von Sigrun ist sehr liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet. Ich habe mich dort sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Highlight war für mich dabei die traumhafte Aussicht auf einen Teil des Hafens und die gegenüberliegenden Berge, einfach toll. Auch konnte ich von dort direkt die mir sehr liebgewordenen "Síldarstúlkan" (Herring Girls) sehen. 🤗 Alles war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Zudem ist die Lage ideal, um das malerische Siglufjörður auch zu Fuß bequem zu erkunden oder im nahegelegenen kleinen Supermarkt einzukaufen. Gastgeberin Sigrun war außergewöhnlich freundlich, immer schnell erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über den handgeschriebenen Willkommensgruß. Eine wirklich schöne und persönliche Geste.

Maison très agréable dans un coin paisible, illuminé le soir La cuisine était très bien et les chambres du même étage également, le canapé lit très confortable Dispose du e machine à laver et d’un sèche linge très pratique, de toutes les épices et condiments nécessaire De plus Margret était prête à nous modifier les dates d’arrivée à son logement suite aux intempéries et notre incertitude d’arriver le bon jour. Le seul petit hic concerne la chambre qui est au sous sol, très humide À part cela nous avons passé un super séjour dans le logement de Margret

Heiða Kristín’s place was perfect. Absolutely spotless and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Great view from the bedroom window too. We’ll definitely be back!

Gehobene Ausstattung, Kleinigkeiten leider defekt. EineTerassentüre konnte man nicht öffnen war mit Hinweisschild markiert. Fernseher im Wohnzimmer funktioniert nicht. Ist uns aber nicht abgegangen. Im Badezimmer die Beleuchtung für den Spiegel ließ sich nicht anschalten. Wäre das alles ok gewesen, 5 Sterne, so nur 4 Sterne. Mit der Bewertung haben wir uns an der sehr gehobenen Ausstattung orientiert, da erwartet man dann, dass auch alles funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Gerade der Außenpool war wunderschön. Auf Fragen wurden innerhalb kurzer Zeit geantwortet.
