Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sisters Beach

Hello This was an excellent find! Great value for money. Great jump of place for both Smithton and Manley. Easy off street parking right infront of the door. All clean and outside mnaged. The house just felt like we lived there. All kinds of cooking items and flatware. All you could ask for. Well docorated. Other things we did not use such as a BBQ and a fenced dog area. Highly suggest!

A beautiful quiet farm stay. Susan and Frank were a pleasure to deal with. An abundance of farm fresh eggs which we turned into the yummiest breakfast omelets. A beautiful garden setting.

We had a great time at Pippa and Perina's cottage. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and farmland, horses and cattle. The cottage itself is very well appointed, warm and cosy. We were warmly greeted by our hosts. We will happily return some time in the future.

Exceeded all our expectations, the cottage oozed charm and made you feel right at home. All our needs were catered for in the kitchen. The wood heater worked a treat with great dry wood. The view is next level you could waist your day away looking at the ever changing mood of Mother Nature. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.

Million Dollar views on the hilltop in Penguin, the house is a treasure trove of music history. Gerard has thought of everything, including breakfast supplies with fresh fruits and yoghurt. Thankyou for a beautiful stay in a lovely little quaint town. We will be back again :) Regards Mandy

Sarah’s house was comfortable, clean and full of interesting pieces. Would highly recommend.

We loved staying at Carolyn’s cozy cabin in the woods! It had everything we needed, with both air conditioning and hot water. The beautiful little lake outside was perfect for a peaceful walk. Carolyn was such a kind and thoughtful host—we arrived very late, but they waited for us to check in, and even turned on the lights and air con beforehand so we could find the place easily and walk into a warm, welcoming home. It really meant a lot to us!

Great place to stay. A short walk to the beach or a longer one to the creek which is great for families with young kids. Little Sister General Store is great for lunch or dinner. The property is clean, beds are comfy, shower was hot, kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Will be back when we’re next in the area.

Lovely home, tastefully decorated with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Great location and superb views of the beach and The Nut. Everything that Stanley has to offer, and there’s lots, is at your fingertips. Great pub up the road, as well as cafes. Great place to base yourself to explore the wonderful north-west Tasmanian region and the outstandingly beautiful and unique Tarkine wilderness.

Nice and quite amongst the bush. Bill takes pride in his garden and always on for a chat. Bushy Park relys on tank water, and during dryer periods care should be taken to conserve water. There's a very handy laundromat in Ulverstone if need be.

A great treehouse for a group stay

the accommodation was set in a beautiful farm setting, horses and dogs to pet. The rooms were a little close for several couples but were lovely. unfortunately we had to leave early and didn't get to enjoy the space for long enough.

Spending three days in the cabin that Kit thoughtfully built has been an absolute delight. Every detail, from the architectural design to the interior decor, has been carefully curated—not only is it comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, but even the scents have been thoughtfully chosen. Kit herself is such a warm and welcoming host, making the experience even more wonderful. This has truly been an exceptional stay.

5 Stars – Perfect Family-Friendly Seaside Getaway in Penguin Seaview Cottage exceeded all expectations. Nestled right on the waterfront, the panoramic views of Bass Strait were simply breathtaking. Whether sipping morning coffee on the deck or watching the sunset through the expansive glass windows, the scenery was a constant delight. The cottage was impeccably clean, cosy, and beautifully equipped for a comfortable stay. It truly had everything a family could need—from a well-stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the guest/teenager’s room, which was perfect for our son—he absolutely loved it and enjoyed having his own space. The peaceful ambiance made it a great escape from the daily hustle, and the host was gracious and responsive, providing clear and easy check-in instructions. Located in the charming coastal town of Penguin, the cottage is just a short stroll to local cafes, shops, and scenic walks. It’s the ideal base for exploring TAS

Boat Harbour is a beautiful place to stay. Hopefully it will remain peaceful. The accommodation had views to the water and is only a very short walk to the beach. This was a lovely base for our visit.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back. It’s an amazing place to stay - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed!
