You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

The Vogelhuis

A very special place in town. A rural street that has been around for centuries. Kasseien on the road, nature right around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar 10 minutes walk. The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with its own entry. It consists of a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, a small cooking facility, bathroom and toilet. It also contains a private bathroom with walk in shower and washstand.

The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
