Anne & Jan were extremely helpful and friendly from the very beginning. They gave valuable advice and were kind enough to find a great gueuze beer as a welcome gift. The house is cozy and very well organized and is in a magnificent location, an oasis of tranquility and tranquility. The beautiful back garden faces west and you can admire the sunset while comfortably sitting and relaxing on the outdoor table. The emerald green fields surrounding the neighborhood are fantastic. The bathroom is tidy and the shower is magnificent, as there is nothing missing in the kitchen, not even the coffee pods. Perfect stay with extremely welcoming hosts! To be back soon!

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

Nice house in a quiet area surrounded by nature and animals, ideal to disconnect and also in turn to know different important cities of Belgium. Also located in an important point of history, close to the waterloo battlefield.

Arrived late, use of the key box. Quiet accommodation, well arranged, clean, bright overlooking the terrace with small table and chairs (and garden). Quality furniture and appliances. Immediate answers to questions asked. We appreciated the parking spot. We'll be there again.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

We loved staying at Maria's place! The location is wonderful, right near Flagey but on a quiet street. The home is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable, amazing bathroom, and beautiful artwork to explore. And Maria was great at giving us tips on what to see. Would love to stay at Maria's again for our next visit!

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

This is the third time we've come to Patrick's. No surprises, everything is in line with what we expect. Contact with Patrick is always pleasant Only one small reservation, but Patrick has nothing to do with it, the traffic conditions on Rixensart, La Hulpe do not improve... Very nice, quiet and charming area. We had all the desired amenities and we were well settled. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. We would have liked fewer steps to climb hahaha but phew! We made it. There was a small problem with parking but Géraldine had other options and we were able to park 10 minutes' walk away, which was very reasonable. In short! We had a great stay at Géraldine's, I recommend this accommodation 😊

Perfect for going to the ING Arena, it's essentially right at the end of the street. Cute place, very clean, and I was pleased to stay in a true AirBnB (the owner's first floor, while he was one the second) for the first time in a long time!

Very practical for what I needed. Quiet and spacious. I had considered sharing with a colleague but glad I didn't because privacy can't be catered for (curtain for bathroom door, and walls do not go up to ceiling). Obviously, that's not a problem for a couple.

It is a great place to stay.

A huge space with lots of windows and everything we needed. The balcony was cute and had a lovely view. The area is perfect with lots of local restaurants nearby - much better than staying in the tourist area!
