Beach house holiday rentals in Singleton

The house was very nice and in a great location for anyone with dog's. Only 5 minutes walk to the dog friendly beach and half an hour's walk into town. As we haven't been to the area before, Clare's recommendations of things to do were excellent for the whole family.

A great location and a great and peaceful house! Anna's place is outstanding with the view to the ocean and proximity to coffee places. To my surprise, the house had even toys, books and other amnities for little children. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and relatives.

Location was amazing!! Can go fishing in your own backyard, kayaking or just sit by the water. So quiet and perfect for us with 3 kids. House was lovely the photos don’t do it justice. We are already planning our next trip here

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

Wonderful place to stay and met all our needs. Craig’s house is in the perfect spot for the beach and the other activities we were there for. Craig was so easy to deal with and was so responsive and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spot in The Entrance

We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family at the beautiful, well appointed Caves Beach House. We enjoyed having breakfast at the deck, looking towards the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Caves restaurant and to Caves Beach from the house. Thank you for hosting us, Sue!

This is the second time we’ve visited Paul’s place and hopefully they’ll be another. It’s a quintessential Australian coast house, full of character and warmth. The beach is across the road and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean. Heaven! Great back yard, everything you need and Paul is a 10 out of 10 host!

Jordan’s place was at a great location in Nelson Bay, place was as described and perfect for a get away with a group of friends! Jordan was very helpful, definitely highly recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Alex and Sam kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier than scheduled and ensured maximum comfort by turning on the air conditioning in advance. The accommodation was truly breathtaking, featuring a swimming pool, spa, and even a cinema, making it possible to have an amazing time indoors even on bad weather days. They also provided prompt responses to any questions we had. We are so grateful to Alex and Sam for making our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We loved Naomi's place and we've stayed in many Airbnbs across the world for over 10 yrs. It's where we'll stay if we return to Shoal Bay. The house sits in an area where locals live but feels like a dedicated vacation home once you're there. The vibe was as pictured - bright, white, clean and stylish. Not "lived in" or cluttery, as if you're just borrowing someone's personal home. We have two teens so I intentionally gave up beach proximity for space, style, and price. The perks were more than worth it for our situation and we still walked to the beaches anyway because they aren't that far for adults who can carry their own stuff. Probably wouldn't brave it with toddlers without a beach cart and stroller. Outdoor showers, fire pit, large yard, stylish interior, comfy beds , linens provided, great bathrooms, ease of entry, quick reponse time with questions, all at the price point we needed. Zero complaints.

Richard was a fantastic host! The accommodation was comfortable, and in a great location. It is a very family-friendly place, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. I truly felt welcomed and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families, visiting the area. A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

We needed somewhere for a longer stay while our home was being repaired. Melissa’s house was centrally located, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The pool maintenance guys were friendly and didn’t impact on our stay at all. Would definitely recommend
