Holiday rentals with a patio in Silverstone

Couldn't fault anything! Spotlessly clean, everything as described, nice quiet area. Tesco and huge Sainsbury's both within walking distance. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in the area!

Susan's accommodation is charming and brand new, with a small quiet courtyard. It is a 15-minute walk from a station that allows you to reach central London in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Will was so nice and available. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and organised. Will gave us snacks and bottles on the check in, something we didn’t get on other places. The only problem was the area that we didn’t like so mach. Also if you’re planning to stay for then few nights and wash your clothes it will be problematic because there is no washing machine. Other than that everything was wonderful!!!

This is my second stay with Victoria but my first in the School Room. I have no hesitation in recommending both Victoria's properties and am truly grateful for the kindness and understanding she has shown me when dealing with both bookings. Thank you!

It was amazing really good recommend staying! A beautiful place with everything we could need, from fresh linens and towels to a little desk for work as needed to dishes cookware and even some oils and spices. the bed was so comfortable! and big. Daniel welcomed us with chocolates (and special ones for Easter!) as well as a nice bottle of wine. He was super responsive when we had questions throught the booking and staying process. Daniel proactively offered us a discount because there was construction that prevented us from using the terrace---- so thoughtful of him to do and since we were out all day the construction didn't bother us at all. the neighborhood is amazing. so easy to get to multiple tube lines, restaurants, shopping, groceries etc. highly higly recommend!

Clodagh was very welcoming and attentive, we felt like if we needed any help or advice with anything she was close by and happy to assist. The cottage was lovely, situated in a beautiful location and good value. We could certainly recommend! Thank you Clodagh

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

This was a brilliant place to stay. The house definitely felt like going into your own house. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped; Sarah even got a cafetière for us so we could have a ‘proper’ coffee for breakfast. There were nice little touches throughout the house including some food and drink to help us settle in after our journey. We took our two dogs with us. The garden was secure and they were considered within the house too. There were toys, treats and doggie equipment available. A very thoughtful gift was left for both our girls too. Would love to come back to the house when we are in the area again.

absolutely chuffed with my weekend here. Keith welcomed us and was very friendly and talked is through the property and anything we needed to know..goes above and beyond ! place has been done up gorgeous well thought out whatever we needed was there and more. Food and drinks where left for us which went down well. Welcome pack if new to area with information. WiFi and sound bar on tv. Cute selection of games and puzzles. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend and would come again 🥰🧡

Really lovely place to stay in a perfect location to explore Stratford. We saw a play at the RSC and it was so close and convenient. The beds were super comfortable and the decor and facilities attractive and cosy. The Hosts were very helpful and resolved an issue with parking. Would definitely book again next time I visit - many thanks !

Verity's place is as beautiful as the pictures. She kindly provided some lovely brekkie items on arrival. Walks right from the doorstep. In easy distance from Moreton-in-Marsh, only 10 mins drive, and located within easy reach of lots of other Cotswold locations to explore. The garden is absolutely stunning, which we thoroughly enjoyed soaking up the sun in. Imagine it would be just as nice to snuggle up by the log burner in the colder months too Verity provided lots of lovely foody suggestions, all of which were great too. Very sweet to leave Bertie a toy on arrival, we always appreciate a doggy friendly stay.

We chose to stay here with our 3 year old son, as we wanted to do the Diddly Squat farm shop and also visit the Farmers Dog Pub along with seeing a few other locations in the Cotswolds. The Annex was superb, really good size and comfortable and private. The outside seating area was a real bonus with the good weather! Its superbly located and easy for us to walk down into Chipping Norton for the lovely pubs there, recommend The Fox, or a short 5 min drive to a very nice village called Churchill where The Chequers pub is which is superb! All in all, a perfect place to stay and would definitely stay again if down that way.

Wonderful spacious and clean accommodation! Loved how quiet and tucked away it was! Only thing I didnt realise was the house was split into two, so other guests were upstairs and could share the garden maybe but it wasn’t a problem as there were locks! Would definitely stay again! Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

Great apartment within waking distance of town. Really spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you could need. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Only negative is that it can be a bit noisy if you have the windows open and people are talking loudly on the pavement as they walk by. Though that is the nature of a ground floor apartment and it happened to be quite warm when we stayed so we had the windows open!

We found Andrew's place to be very comfortable, and we enjoyed staying there for five nights. Andrew was very responsive to our text messages and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything that we needed and were well taken care of over the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend staying with Andrew, and have rated our stay five stars which was thoroughly deserved.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Susan is lovely and communicates very quickly, she met me on my first night and showed me around the apartment. She even left some snacks and some milk in the fridge for me which was a nice touch The apartment is immaculate, nicely furnished, very clean and well looked after, it felt very homely. Also something good to know is the entrance is completely separate to the rest of the house, which may not be obvious from the photos. The parking space on the drive is spacious, I was able to fit my van on there. I would happily stay here again.
