Family-friendly holiday rentals in Silver Summit

Couldn't ask for a better location, 5min from the room to the lift. That alone makes it a 5 star location. You can see the Halfpipe and slopestyle c choose from the windows! But a majority of the mountain was closed in late April. There were some small maintenance issues, but they didn't detract from our overall stay. Old town is a 20min walk through the neighborhood. Note: There is only parking for ONE vehicle, any more and you'll need to pay $$$. Overall, a great location for a snow vacation.

Such a fun place was awesome amenities

I absolutely loved my stay at The Yellow House! Such a sweet place with an amazing history behind it. The hot tub was a delight after long days on the trails. Can't beat the location to walk to town and access local trails. 10/10 recommend!

We really liked staying here. The corner unit had great views of Main Street from two sides. It also felt a little more private being on the end. We were able to park the car and walk to everything. Great restaurants all around. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

O loved the place, the location was great, for some reason it was not clear to me the apartment would be OUTSIDE the facility or "hotel" so the amenities are not really walking distance, also the jacuzzi was outdoors and you had to walk 2 bloks to get there... it may have been in the descriptiont, I just missed it and felt it was a bit missleading, however overall the actual apartment was great, and the location had several restaurants that were amazing !

We enjoy staying at Beth’s warm and comfortable condominium. The supplies she has are enough for our stay and there are extra items in case you forgot something. We have stayed there before and will return next year. The bus is across the street so it’s easy. You can walk to restaurants in Prospector Sq. She responds instantly to any questions you may have.

We had a great time staying at Rene’s place! She was communicative and provided very clear instructions. Her place was well located, a short 5 minute walk to the Park City lifts. The apartment was roomy, nicely furnished, and fully stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay here again!

This loft was a fantastic home away from home while I was in Salt Lake City for a conference. Especially useful for me were the reverse osmosis water spigot and the Washer/dryer. I didn’t use the hot tub (it was 95 out) but I’m sure it would have been great. Chiedu was great from my limited interactions with him! I was simply jet lagged and busy but I wish we could have talked more!

We stayed in the summer time at this house. It was located right in the middle of "Old Town" Park City. In the winter, you'd be able to ski in / ski out without a problem. We stayed with two toddlers and a dog. The house was extremely well stocked with supplies and items of need including child gates, lots of toys, a crib, high chair, etc. It made it very accommodating. There was even an air fryer for cooking. The house was stocked as if someone just moved out and left all their stuff (which is a good thing). Erik was also very communicative. There is a small path between the house and the neighbors where a dog is able to relieve themselves or else you'll need to walk down to the bottom of the hill (5 minute walk) for the best area for your dog. All in we, enjoyed ourselves and found the house as needed. A note for those staying in summer, there are no black out blinds. Therefore, if you have kids that nap during day, or want to go to bed before sunset (10 PM ish), it's worth noting.

Great place to visit Park City. Walkable to the free bus to get to the mountain or other places within Park City. Simple accommodations with a lot of amenities. It's like a upgraded hotel room. While I was present the dryer wasn't working but host gave me change for a dryer in the facilities and brought over a fan and already had plans to fix it.

This was a great place to stay and affordable! Very nice, spacious, peaceful. We really enjoyed the covered, closed in porch that the kids got to play on, even in the rain! We appreciated the extra roll away twin beds. Definitely would stay at this airbnb again!

Marlea’s place was simply perfect bang for the buck and Marlea an awesome hostess. I recommend! The bat cave is cool 🤓😃

Paula's house is immaculate and so cozy. Felt like home. Beautiful view of mountains and within walking distance of several nice restaurants..Easy walk to a grocery store. Very convenient location!

Arryn’s place felt like home. We stayed for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. Close enough, but still away from the hustle of Park City. Arryn was very responsive & answered our questions quickly. Townhouse was stocked & furniture was comfortable & large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean. The master bedroom was located on the top floor with a large bathroom & walk in closet. Plenty of towels & very soft sheets. Having a garage was an extra perk, especially during the snow storms. Shuttle bus was right outside the complex so super easy if we didn’t want to drive to the mountain. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing comfortable stay.

It was exactly what we expected and needed it to be. Location is great for getting to main st Midway or cross country skiing. The homestead crater is right across the street. If you have energetic neighbors upstairs, it can be a bit loud. But, overall the place and stay were great.

Our family had such a blast staying at this PMI Park City townhome! The place is roomy and feels like a home, with a big living area where we enjoyed movie nights and games with the kids. The kitchen was legit—had everything we needed to throw together quick breakfasts or pack sandwiches for picnics by Jordanelle Reservoir. Since it's Summer we used the grill every evening, grilling burgers, sipping iced tea, and just vibing with the mountain views. The bedrooms were super comfy, and we all slept like rocks! Having a washer and dryer was a total lifesaver for keeping towels and clothes fresh after our adventures. It’s so close to all the fun stuff—Main Street’s shops, restaurants, and summer markets were just a quick drive, but the house still felt like a quiet escape. Check-in was easy with clear instructions and easy communication with the host! Looking forward to coming here again soon.

Perfect place for a family ski vacation with littles. Location was great, just a few steps from the outdoor pool/hot tub and the bus stop right around the corner for a quick ride to PC base. Fresh Market and Walgreens were right across the street, so convenient! I was initially nervous about parking knowing ski season is tricky, but we were able to park 2 cars at the condo with no problem. We were pleasantly surprised by access to a sauna at the pool house.

We came here to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. We came to during the in between seasons (summer activities- winter activities) but there was so much to do at the hotel! Hot tubs, heated pools, activities all day hosted by Marriott. Honestly such a perfect place for a getaway!

Our stay was excellent. The condo was large enough to not feel cramped but small enough to remain cozy. Matthew was very responsive whenever we had a problem. He replaced a broken coffee pot with a brand new one within a few hrs of the call. It never affected our stay. he also had a full tank of gas grill gas brough to the condo within a n hr of the call. We were able to grill our steaks without any significant dalay to our dinner. The beds are very comfortable. All bedrooms are large enough to spread out and put away what you bring. The location is great for skiers. it is less than 5 minutes to The Canyons and less than 10 minutes to Park City Mountain. My party took advantage of both mountains. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Park City.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Stefan and Leticia's property last week. From the moment we arrived, their responsiveness and caring nature were evident. They genuinely care about their guests' experiences, which made our visit exceptionally pleasant. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, thanks to their outstanding hospitality. Every aspect of our stay was perfect, and it was clear that Stefan and Leticia go above and beyond to ensure their guests feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you both for your fantastic hosting!
