Holiday rentals with a patio in Silver Summit

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Exactly as described. Large TV, large and comfy bed. They had everything you would need to stay for a couple of days including laundry supplies and K cups. The area was mostly walkable; however, I wouldn’t go more than a few streets away, especially at night. Overall, I would stay here again.

Annie’s above garage apartment was so welcoming and wonderful. Hosts are very respectful & friendly. The apartment is adorable, extremely clean and very spacious. Great neighborhood! I would highly recommend this place to anyone even though there’s no stove, it’s easy to work around that. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great place to stay in Park City if you’re wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Great hosts easy to communicate with and cosy clean apartment with nice amenities. Cleaning fee was a little steep but otherwise good value.

Robert’s place was more than even pictured! His garden walk in the backyard to the apartment is so picturesque and beautiful, like something you would see in a magazine. The interior was everything, plus, that he describes in his listing. Very clean, welcoming and nicely put together. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped, there is even a washer and dryer in the apartment for your use. His communication, instructions and recommendations were the best. We had no problem finding, or getting in to the unit. The one time we had a slight issue, he was right there before we could even send him a message asking for help. He was friendly but never bothered you, actually just the opposite,. We only saw or spoke to him for a few brief moments, though I wish we had spent some time talking to him! He seemed like a very nice person to talk to…. We go to Salt Lake every year and l hope to stay at his place again, it is that perfect!

We enjoyed a lovely stay: we visited the Natural History Museum of Utah, and as suggested by our hosts, the Butte Gardens; both were interesting and good to visit. The accommodation was perfect: spacious and comfortable, with many thoughtful extras which helped to make our stay restful and enjoyable. Worth a trip to Mirror Lake. Nice walks. A great place to unwind.

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked for cooking. We grilled some kebabs. Hung out by the pool and hot tubbed. Played pool and ping pong and some board games. It literally has everything you need to be comfortable and a million dollar view. Will only be staying here while in Sandy.

5-star stay at The Greenhouse! Everything you need and want is provided and the location is quiet, safe, and very close to everything I wanted to do and see. I was traveling solo and stayed for 5 nights and felt very safe the whole time. Never had an issue with parking and couldn't hear any noise at all from the guest staying in the adjacent unit. I also think it's worth mentioning that I always have difficulty sleeping on vacation but those 5 nights I slept better than I do at home! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to SLC. 5 stars! Clean, cute, functional. Great location. Plenty of rooms to sleep in and lounge in. Some beds were soft, some were more firm, so there are options for every kind of sleeper. Plenty of blankets and pillows and even lots of fans for hot sleepers! Loved that the lights and appliances were labeled. The hosts were quick to respond to messages, and it was a well stocked kitchen. A great spot!

Great place to stay for a quick overnight! Since we arrived after dark, it was a bit hard to find as the house light wasn't on, but that's on us because of our late arrival. If anyone has mobility challenges, be aware that the steps down are VERY steep. We didn't have problems, but I know some people would. It was so quiet! Sometimes with basement apartments, you can really hear the people upstairs, but that wasn't the case.

The home is beautiful and so is the view. We appreciated the large deck and comfy seating throughout. The kitchen is good sized and well stocked. The location is perfect - a quick 10 minute drive to PC and easy access to other attractions in the area. We will return!

Britney’s place was exactly what we needed for the night and having coffee was a super plus!! We would definitely stay here again.

⸻ This was my third time using Airbnb, and I was a bit weary because my first two experiences were extremely disappointing. But this place was fantastic—exactly as described and perfect for us! The house was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great, and Leo was a wonderful host: very responsive and helpful. When the ceiling fan didn’t work, he quickly brought over a portable AC unit and an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

We had a really good experience staying at Harold's Place. It was very easy to walk the dog with the path behind us. The kitchen was so clean and well equipped that it was definitely beyond expectation. I really like the floor plan with three bathrooms. It was also very easy to walk to nearby coffee shop and restaurants.

Great place. We enjoyed a few days skiing. Avoids the mess in downtown Park City.

Paul was by far one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of renting from! The condo was exactly as described and it was a clean, cozy and wonderful place for my husband and I to experience Park City for the first time at! It was only a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet gondola and the unit was easy to get to and easy to access. We enjoyed the patio area and the unit was fully stocked with amenities for us to use. Paul was very responsive anytime we had a question and overall it was a GREAT value for the money! The clubhouse was close and had a great pool and two hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor, and it was very useful after a day of snowboarding. I highly recommend this unit and Paul for anyone who is staying on the Canyons side of Park City!

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Had an amazing time staying at Powderwood. Great location with easy access to local shuttles and nearby shopping plaza’s. Joe was very accommodating and went the extra mile to provide us with an air mattress on our 2nd night there. He was extremely communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting park city! Thanks Joe!

I had a great stay! Super clean and updated. Great location to the bus in Prospector Square. Communication was excellent from the host.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.
