Holiday rentals with a sauna in Silvaplana

Great location, breath-taking views. Only problem was the pool was broken and sauna not accessible which is the main reason we booked the place. Other than that, a great stay with a nice sleep.

Had a lovely stay at Apartment Brandau with Tina and Armin. The communication before the stay was efficient and they were quick to respond, as well as happy to provide any extra information. The accommodation itself was very clean and the appliances were of good quality (we really enjoyed the pots and the pans). There was also an option to order bread every morning which was hanging on our door as we woke up. The apartment was very accessible by bus and came with a shared drying room and parking. Tina and Armin were very sweet people and also have a cute dog. Would recommend to stay!

This holiday accommodation is simply a dream! The modern, stylish design is impressive from the moment you arrive – high-quality furnishings with attention to detail. The luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired: the private sauna in particular is an absolute highlight and ensures perfect relaxation after an active day. Also practical: two spacious parking spaces in the garage - ideal for families or friendly couples with two cars. The surroundings are equally impressive: nestled in a dreamlike landscape with plenty of nature, wonderful hiking trails and great excursion possibilities. Rest, relaxation and comfort are combined here at the highest level. Whether for a romantic getaway or a longer stay - we will definitely come back! An absolute recommendation for all those who value style, luxury and nature.

Wonderful apartment in a tranquille Alpine village. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and probably with the most well equipped kitchen I've experienced during my many years as AirBnB guests. Overall - the apartment was _very_ generously equipped (not only the kitchen) in a way few apartments are. You'll have virtually everything you need, and more. Lots of space inside, seating areas, sofas etc and a breathtaking view over the village and the surrounding Alps. The ski lift is a very short walk away, and since there was not snow in the village we walked to the lift. Not a problem at all, it's super close. There's a small but very well equipped grocery store literally 3 min walk from the apartment.  The hosts were enormously helpful and generous. There was a bottle of delicious Prosecco and a handwritten letter waiting for us. Such a nice gesture - we felt instantly at home.  I'm giving this apartment my sincerest recommendations! Very good value for the price! Really nice and clean, all essentail kitchen equipment is there. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful, right at the lake. Perfect for taking walks with a doggy. The restaurant right next door is really good and stores are 2 minutes away with the car. Very good sound insulation, the building is next to a busy road but you cant hear anything from that or from the neighbors. EV charging in the area is fairly limited but not impossible. Checking in is seemless with the keycard in a lock-box. I can only recommend it!

Beautiful, modernly furnished apartment. Bright, clean and well-equipped. Martina responded promptly to questions and was helpful.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

This is a great apartment,everything is there and plenty of it.

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

A very nice, well-kept and cozy apartment. There is everything you need and we felt at home from the beginning. The location directly on the Rhine is great and the village of Andeer is a great starting point for beautiful hikes. The check-in was straightforward and Ladina is a very friendly, helpful hostess. We will be happy to come back .

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Great location, literally next to the chairlift that takes you straight to the slopes

The place was small but nice. Everything was there as in the description. The cottage is very close to the neighboring houses, which limits privacy a little. We had a lovely weekend and were in the area a lot in nature.

An amazing, rural, mountain location and a quiant swiss mountain lodge. An excellent place to get away

We had a wonderful week at Carmen's house. The location in Spurano/Ossuccio was perfect because it was quiet yet within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The Greenway provides good walks around the area, including accees to the chapels of the Sacri Monte. The sports bar in Ossuccio was great value for money and we also ate at the lido in Sala Comacina. From there you can also get the boat to the Isola (very peaceful - we had the whole island to ourselves) and you can find Amalia Ostinelli's grocery store for all your essentials. The kitchen diner is superbly equipped and stays cool even on the hotest days. The bed is really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully presented... old and quirky but with all the modern comforts you would expect. On top of that you're literally a few steps from Lake Como. We loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi. All in all we loved it. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed another week. We hope to return one day.

The area was really quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, with a crazy view that left us speechless. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations: everything was taken care of in detail and very clean, you can see that there is a lot of attention and love in the management. The host was exceptional, always available and super friendly. He also recommended a great tavern to dine at and we had a great time. It is clear that he really cares about his guests, welcoming them with care and dedication. Upon our arrival, we found a lot of things to eat for breakfast and aperitif, a truly appreciated gesture that made us feel right at home. I really hope to go back soon, everything was perfect!

A really beautiful and well-appointed home in Ticino - I look forward to possibly staying at other places of Do-Minus in the future. The included breakfast was lovely. We cooked in the kitchen the night before and it has everything one needs. Making a fire in the kitchen was cozy - the kitchen was a bit cold in the morning (0 degrees Celsius outside) but the rest of the house was very warm. The hot tub was great - I would note that in cold weather the sauna may not get warm enough and it is only made for two people at max.

We had a great week in this beautiful house. It was just mega. Thank you very much!
