Most amazing location for such a reasonable price in St. Moritz. Walkable to restaurants, stores, and the ski hill! Would definitely book again and recommend.

We felt right at home and had a lovely stay. We found the place very accessible and would stay here again. Martina is a lovely host and would highly recommend.

It was a wonderful place surrounded by beautiful mountains. Mascetti is friendly and very responsive. Apartment was clean and as described in photos. Will be looking forward to come again.

Davide was an amazing host, super fast responsive and with a very professional attitude. He send us very clear instructions for the check-in and the check-in was very easy. His place was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The parking space also super convenient for our car and the bikes we carried in order to explore the surroundings. Stayed in the B&B for only one night to enjoy the hot springs and a high mountain walk. Accurate welcome with flexible hours and plenty of directions to the surroundings. Sleep was very comfortable also thanks to the quiet location and mountain air. Definitely recommended even for larger groups.

The apartment gave the real Italian feeling. The pattio and garden were amazing and gave an relaxing enviroment. And the views over Lago di Como was breathtaking. Could sit outside and just enjoy the view and silence for hours. Would absolutly stay there again.

Loved staying here in Perledo! The apartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay! Selena was extremely helpful when it came to trying to figure out the train disruption in Varenna. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area!

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

We had an all-around pleasant stay! Communication with the host was excellent – fast, friendly and solution-oriented. We would like to emphasize how accommodating he was: a suitable solution was immediately found for every small concern. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It is very well connected to public transport, so you can easily arrive without a car and explore the area. Overall, absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay, just the arrival was a little complicated. The instructions were clear, but the GPS didn't work, the road was very narrow and paved, and it was really not easy to drive on the slope. Beautiful apartment with lake view, pool a little cold, shame, terrace that lacks a little privacy. Very good restaurant "baba du lac" where we ate for not very much, I highly recommend it! City that is not a ferry to Varenne so have to take the car otherwise accessible for other cities, count 1h/1h30 of travel on the lake. Tourist tax 1 euro/person to be calculated and paid in cash on arrival. I didn't find Irene very smiling when I arrived but she explained the accommodation, the access and responded quickly to messages. Thank you.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.
