Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

We had a great stay in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms very pleasant, the pool safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. We had a wonderful stay (4 adults and a toddler). Quiet, beautiful area with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub very much; wonderfully warm and clean. Our dog also felt comfortable and was able to move freely on the property. On the whole, the house was pleasantly clean (except that there was still dog hair from the previous tenant in many places). Since there are two bathrooms, we had assumed that it had two toilets. However, this is not the case (only 1 toilet). In any case, we had a great time and enjoyed it very much. We can recommend this beautiful place 100%.

We arrived after a long hike and felt immediately welcome. Orphée gave clear directions with pictures, so it was easy to find the house and parking spot. The room is small but exactly like in the photos – charming, stylish, and quiet. You can only hear birds singing in the morning, which is lovely. Even without air conditioning, the thick walls kept it pleasantly cool on a warm summer day. The bathroom was clean and everything worked perfectly. Our favourite part was the beautiful garden, where we grilled in the evening. Everything was prepared – we didn’t need to bring charcoal or wood. The cozy table with lights and candles made it a magical experience. Highly recommended!

Carine was a wonderful host, she was really responsive, had excellent recommendations for the local area and restaurants and the extra special touch of homemade cake and jam was so gratefully received. The apartment is lovely, it’s super well equipped with everything you need, comfy beds and a huge balcony. It’s just across the road from the beautiful lake, it’s a great location for walks and picnics in the sunshine with a few restaurants nearby and an easy walk into the town. Would recommend and would love to come back!

I would this property. It is modern and very clean with a very well equipped kitchen. Close to Annecy and several sites. Host was very flexible with schedules which is a plus. We will come back without hesitation!

Can’t beat the view and the location

We had a great weekend with friends for a bachelorette party in Annecy! The accommodation is very well located and perfectly suitable for a group of 8 people: spacious, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in. It went very well from start to finish. The accommodation met our expectations, we had a very good stay as a family in excellent conditions.

You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

Perfect stay! Isabelle is a friendly, attentive and very responsive host. The accommodation is very well equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The bedding is comfortable. The bathroom is very new. I really liked the environment. The horses are beautiful and the facilities are great. I chose this place especially for its location and in the end, it was a real pleasure for me to be immersed in the equestrian world! Also note a nice attention concocted by Isabelle's husband who is always a pleasure! Anyway, I recommend this listing without a second thought! Thank you Isabelle for your kind hospitality!
