Habitación nueva recién reformada en el corazón de la Albufera entre pinares. Entorno natural andando a la playa y a la albufera. Tu propia cocina y baño y mes de trabajo y comedor. Tele que sirve de pantalla de ordenador. Restaurante andando y supermercado andando. Transporte público con parada de autobús 24 y 25 en la calle fuera de la casa. Acceso desde aeropuerto en metro a valencia y luego bus. Taxi a 30 min de aeropuerto y 20 min desde valencia. Coche puedes aparcar gratis en la calle.

Salón comedor con aire acondicionado y televisor 65" con salida a terraza y otra TV en habitación de 40" cocina equipada, microondas ,cafetera de cápsulas, gran nevera y todos los utensillos. Lavadero. Espectacular terraza de 50m2 con zona de relax. Muy luminoso y fresco. La finca tiene piscina y zona de juegos para niños. Se aceptan mascotas.

The room is small and clean, basic. Nadia is very helpful and reaponsive. The apartment is very quiet, it has hostel vibes, not the actual apartment with the rules set all around the walls as reminders. I would definitely go back.

The PLACE is as described in the listing, it is less than a block from the bus that takes you downtown and nearby there are quite a few shops and places to buy what you need. Rubi was a great host, I always help us and we had great communication. would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay for an affordable price. The window looks at the back of a grocery store so sometimes there is delivery in the morning but the noise didn't bother us. The bed was firm and the room was clean. We were able to do laundry and dried it in the room overnight. Early June it was cool at night and a little warm by daytime. The fan did a good job. The bathroom had a few bugs at night but that can happen and they didn't bother us. We left the door open to the room and our belongings were safe. Thank you xx!

A good place to rest and get to know the outskirts of Valencia. Gabriel as an excellent host, generates a welcoming stay. The only thing to consider, is that if you want to tour the center of Valencia, the trains from the north station of Valencia to Catarroja pass until a certain time at night, so it is important to keep it in mind when returning to the accommodation.

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!
