We invite you to our new apartment, which will enchant you with its coziness and perfect location! The apartment is located close to the center of Ostrava, in a quiet and safe location - right next to the police station In the vicinity you will find a park, a river, the Ostrava ZOO (about 6 minutes by car) or the new town hall, and in about 7 minutes you are on the highway. Ideal place to relax and explore the city. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator, in a building that is still waiting for reconstruction - but the apartment itself is completely renovated and modernly equipped.

Since February 2021, the apartment is available after a longer reservation. It will be disinfected and I look forward to seeing you. A dishwasher in the kitchen, TV and a comfortable bed will be waiting for you when you visit Ostrava, whether you come for work or for fun. The apartment is near Stodolní Street and only a few stops from the largest shopping center Forum Nová Karolína. The beautiful Comenius orchards can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and you will see Ostrava as a green modern city. I would be happy if you would become my guests :)

During this unique and peaceful stay, you will have a perfect rest. We have just completed a complete reconstruction and no one has lived in the apartment since then. This is a nice illuminated apartment of 39m2 with two rooms, bathroom, kitchen and hallway. There is one living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom connected to the toilet. Slunný prostorný byt 2+KK je situován v klidné a bezpečné části staré historické zástavby, v Ostravě-Porubě. V blízkosti se nachází Fakultní nemocnice a Technická univerzita. Byt je situován nedaleko sjezdu z dálnice D1, nádraží Ostrava – Svinov, tramvajová zastávka je od bytu cca 50m, v blízkosti jsou také autobusové zastávky. Byt se nachází v prvním zvýšeném podlaží.
