Had another amazing week with the family this year! This makes two years staying here and we will be back for a third. Unbeatable location, views, and house.

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

Our stay was problem free. The house was roomy, clean and located perfectly for a variety of day trips. The beach was beautiful and a matter of steps out the door. We ate breakfast and dinner every day in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing was lacking in any regard. Loved it, and we are thankful that we had this experience as part of our vacation.

This house was very cozy! We absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, close to the beach. Hot tub is great. My husband loved the pillows specifically. Host was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would definitely book again for any future trips to Lincoln city.

I can’t say enough good things about this beach house — it was everything we were hoping for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the sound of waves and an incredible view of the ocean that immediately made us feel relaxed and at peace. The house itself is warm, charming, and thoughtfully designed. It’s not overly large, but it has everything you need — a comfortable living area with lots of seating, a well stocked kitchen, and super comfy beds. Every little detail, from the coastal decor to the soft blankets and well-placed lighting, made it feel like a peaceful retreat. The real highlight, though, is the view. Whether we were sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or watching the sunset from the hot tub, the ocean was always in sight — and absolutely breathtaking. If you're needing a "pick me up" - THIS is your place. The fresh ocean air will transform you. We are so excited to plan our next return trip to mid mid beach house! Highly recommend!

If you're looking for an ocean view and an outdoor area to really enjoy it, this is the place. Large deck with BBQ, chairs, tables. Large picture windows facing the ocean if weather was inclement. Check in was easy. Kitchen was well provisioned and functional - and tight if more than one cook. Pictures matched the description. The staircase to the upstairs is narrow and there is no upstairs bathroom . Beds were comfortable. Access to the beach below is around the block and access could be challanging. Valerie was extremely responsive to all of inquiries and prompt with answers to our questions. There were 6 of us in our group and the house was comfortable with enough room for all.

My family just had our 3rd baby last week and as a way to celebrate and beat the heat we were in search for a little getaway. Samantha was SO helpful during a matter she did everything she could to help resolve showing above and beyond service! I work in travel and know great service when I come across it! I would 10/10 recommend this stay. So clean and set up exactly as one would need! The view is even more beautiful than the photos listed showed! We can not wait to come stay again!

We love the Oregon Coast, and we especially love Newport. Pros: Beautiful view, clean room, lovely bottle of wine left for us, enjoyed the balcony alot. In walking distance to coffee, bakery, restaurants, ice cream shop, a dispensary, cute market style store. You also have Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Walmart within a few minute drive. Make sure to check out Newport cinema for an old style movie theater too. The bathroom was nice, although make sure to turn on the heating bulbs because there is no heater in the bathroom. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it looked very well stocked with all essentials. Cons: For the nightly price of this studio, the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We’ve stood at a lot of different places on the coast and I don’t believe we’re super picky but yeah this was definitely our least favorite mattress/bed.Definitely felt like a cheap mattress. We also went and bought our own pillows in town 1st time we’ve done that. All in all, we had a nice time in Newport!

MO’s space was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with clean, new equipment needed for cooking. It ha plenty of nice utensils and dishes. It was very easy to keep clean. The bathroom seemed very clean to me. The bath towels were clean, soft (and absorbent! ) There is plenty of room to spread out in the space and plenty of storage room. The location is in a quiet spot that has a rural feel, but conveniently near both Newport and Waldport…. just a few minutes drive either way. There is so much to do in that area, It would be easy to stay busy for several weeks! I very much enjoyed meeting MO and his dog. I felt safe as a single female traveler.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully little condo near beach in Lincoln City’s charming Taft District. The location couldn’t have been better—within a two-minute walk to Siletz Bay and the beach, making it incredibly convenient for morning coffee strolls and a couple sunset fires on the beach. The condo itself was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable—clearly designed with both style and function in mind. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like a beach trolley, firewood, and supplies that made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was a breeze, and having access to a garage was a great bonus. Rachel was a fantastic host—communicative, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay again.

Gorgeous view! Very nicely furnished, clean, quiet, and excellent walkability. There were a few electrical issues with the bathrooms, but crap happens, and I imagine it's hard to get an electrician over the Memorial Day weekend. It didn't really impact our stay, and we would stay again.

Great location for a weekend on the coast. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, it felt like home. Being able to walk to the beach was a real bonus. Lona was also really helpful and responsive to our messages.

Alison was a great! We loved this place. It was clean, quiet, and a perfect get away! Instructions were simple and easy.

One of the best stays ever!! The views are beyond amazing! The condo is huge! Every single item we could ever need is available. Terrific communication and care! We’ll be back for sure!

This is the second time I have stayed. It is a cute homey condo with lots of personal touches. It is right on the water. I love this place and hope to stay again!

Our stay at Leah's place was wonderful. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean was the highlight. Being so close to all the restaurants in Nye Beach is also a huge benefit. This Airbnb was by far the most well-stocked unit I have ever stayed in. If you accidentally forget anything, you can bet that Leah has thought of it and you can find it there. Thank yiou so much for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.
