Very nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, quiet and close to the city center on foot. The nearby parking is very convenient and allows you to recharge your electric vehicle. The loggia was also very practical and cozy. We loved it!

Everything was perfect! Beware of people with auditory hypersensitivity because the jacuzzi stays lit, but the host provides earplugs! The garden is very nice with an excellent breakfast

The accommodation is very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and you feel like you're in a cocoon. The environment and setting are peaceful and splendid. We were more than satisfied with the listing. It is very beautiful and super clean. The apartment is very well equipped (kitchen equipment, bathroom, etc.) The listing is also in a good location. There is street parking and also paid indoor parking within 5min walk. Amer is very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Great location in centre of Aix

Jean-Sylvestre is a very kind host who gave us suggestions for hikes in the area. The large terrace is pleasant and shaded with a plancha that we used for a friendly meal.

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

Enjoyed relaxing at this beautiful villa in Provence. Well located to centre and points of interest. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely book again.

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. Good, spacious and bright house close to the beach and near the park. Very quiet and secluded place with comfortable parking in the yard. There was all necessary plates and dishes, home appliances, towels and pleasant bed linen at the Villa. We enjoyed our staying here and will definitely come again.

We stayed with our two children aged 4 and 6 on the 1st floor of the house and it was a real delight! Access to the sea in 10 seconds, on a huge beautiful and very family beach, comfortable house with continuous sea view, floor redone with originality and very pleasant taste to live, and a super friendly and available helpful host! Definitely recommend!
