Holiday rentals with beach access in Sierra Nevada

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

Great hosts! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a great view of the beach, a close walk to the pier, and for live music next door at Schooner's.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

Incredible stay! Very cozy and romantic, the pictures really don't do it justice. Neighborhood was very scenic and the view was wonderful. Few minute drive to the beach and downtown carmel. Spacious little home, would easily stay again!

Our second stay, and just as wonderful as last time. The views are unbeatable, and the ability to walk to the lodge is an amazing benefit (I loved being able to grab a coffee there in the morning, or knowing I could have a few drinks and walk home!). Beds were comfy. To note, the blinds in the rooms aren’t blackout so the mornings are bright — but ideally you’re up then anyways to enjoy the gorgeous views!

I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

This was a lovely and peaceful place to stay with a nice nature reserve and a walking path right down to the local marina. The location was quiet with nice amenities and thoughtful breakfast items waiting for me in the fridge. The hosts were gracious and helpful.

What an incredible home! Beautiful location and close to great hiking trails. Kathleen was a great host!

Wonderful stay; very family friendly. Kid walked up to the prepared toddler bed and exclaimed: IT'S PERFECT! Overall, great place to relax and enjoy the evening after a day exploring the coast.

A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! We appreciated the great communication from Clark and the cleanliness of the home. Very thoughtful suggestions and instructions throughout the home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful location. House was built mostly of wood, which was very appealing. Clean. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Minimum 30 minutes from shopping and restaurants with mostly two-lane winding roads to get to the major highways. The views were beautiful as you drive especially seeing so many animals roaming freely and feeding on grass. The drive can be wearisome. Wifi on the bottom floor was sketchy when I needed to use zoom for business. Also, there were high winds when we were there in mid-May making it feel colder due to wind chill. Overall, I'd give the experience 4.8 out of 5.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

This was a wonderful perfume stay for me and my sons as we visited Yosemite everyday. we were able to come back to the condo relax and athe washer/dryer was so convenient

Loved staying at this wonderful little place! It had everything you could possibly need and was very conveniently located to be able to go wherever you wanted in Tahoe. Richard was really great and responsive to any questions I had and made sure we were enjoying our trip without a hitch! Definitely would stay here again!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Had a great stay felt right at home!!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.
