We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

Great hosts! Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a great view of the beach, a close walk to the pier, and for live music next door at Schooner's.

What a beautiful place! If you are looking for "off the beaten path" with access to tourist areas, this is an excellent location. It is not the pristine hotel environment but a charming and unique place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Follow Susanne's instructions to a "T" and you will have no problems. Hope to come back some day! Great experience.

We had a great time during our visit! The room is comfortable and the location is convenient. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was very cozy when we finally made it back in the evenings. I would stay here again during my next trip!

A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this place is, I could write paragraphs. We use vacation rental homes a lot and this by far surpasses them all. So nice not to have to buy tp, paper towels, gbg bags, laundry & dishwasher det. and more but it’s all supplied. Beds are super comfortable, high-quality sheets and towels, and plenty of them, lots of extra blankets. Box fan in every closet, sound machine by every bed. So, so, so many extra touches beyond what I mentioned that go above and beyond. The place inside and out is both beautiful and serene. Could have happily spent a month. Only one small country store in the little town nearby so if you plan to do cooking and stay an extended time, definitely hit up a Walmart or a large grocery store before you arrive. Especially if you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing retreat, this is the perfect place whether you’re one couple, a family, or a group of friends. Owner should teach a class.

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

This was a wonderful perfume stay for me and my sons as we visited Yosemite everyday. we were able to come back to the condo relax and athe washer/dryer was so convenient

My Mother and I just stayed here over Memorial Day. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. Tahoe Vista is a gorgeous area and the condo was close to everything we wanted to do. Richard gave us great recommendations for restaurants and was very quick to respond to my questions. We wished we would’ve stayed longer. Thank you Richard!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Had a great stay felt right at home!!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Joanna was helpful and responsive from the time we booked the room. We loved everything about the place.

We had an excellent extended stay at Belinda and Steve's condo in Incline Village, NV. The property was very clean and the location was ideally situated to local and regional amenities and attractions that we value e.g., beautiful hiking, restaurants, art galleries, local food stores, nearby towns of Reno, Carson City, Virginia City. An instruction and recommendations binder was exceptionally well organized and thorough. As hosts, Belinda and Steve were proactive, always responsive, and very friendly. We were glad to briefly meet both of them during our trip. Highly recommended. Joe & Lori
