Stayed here for a cycling event. Location was perfect. Very much appreciated the WiFi as I had to work one day during our stay. Also appreciated the updated kitchen appliances and just general updated condition of the place. It was a comfortable place to stay for our purposes. Other things I appreciated were the motion activated lights at the stairs (of which there are a lot of- stairs I mean) which were very useful at night, the comfortable couch and of course the friendly and responsive hosts.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

Incredible stay! Very cozy and romantic, the pictures really don't do it justice. Neighborhood was very scenic and the view was wonderful. Few minute drive to the beach and downtown carmel. Spacious little home, would easily stay again!

We had a great time during our visit! The room is comfortable and the location is convenient. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was very cozy when we finally made it back in the evenings. I would stay here again during my next trip!

Great place to stay, you walk out the back gate and just around the corner is the lake front area. You can also walk to a nearby market for groceries, sandwiches, and coffee. There is a nearby boat launch and a ski lift for winter use. Also, great area to catch transportation such as TART.

I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

This house was amazing -- would love to stay here again. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were well stocked and super clean! The bikes and surfboards were an amazing addition to an already beautiful house. We wished we could of stayed longer to take advantages of all the extras! My family enjoyed the hot tub. We will be back! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Jordan’s place — it’s the perfect spot for a group getaway in Tahoe! Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing: incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the cozy and spacious living areas — from the large living room with an awesome sound bar to the game loft upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped and great for cooking meals together. Beds were comfortable and the heating worked great. The location in Incline Village on Tahoe’s north shore was outstanding — quiet, safe, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s also just a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Overall, I’d highly recommend this listing and would return without hesitation. A true gem in Lake Tahoe! A beautifully serene landscape in a quiet and charming neighborhood. Super close to the lake and river which was incredible for our family! We appreciated the great communication from Clark and the cleanliness of the home. Very thoughtful suggestions and instructions throughout the home. It was perfect for our family of 5. Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

This lovely Airbnb was perfect for a short getaway. It’s located on top of a hill just a short drive from the main area of Incline village. The home was clean and felt like a hotel with comfortable beds comfortable linens and a TV in almost every room. The kitchen was well stocked in the front porch area has a nice lounge you feel for relaxation..

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

Loved staying at this wonderful little place! It had everything you could possibly need and was very conveniently located to be able to go wherever you wanted in Tahoe. Richard was really great and responsive to any questions I had and made sure we were enjoying our trip without a hitch! Definitely would stay here again!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

Had a great stay felt right at home!!

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Joanna was helpful and responsive from the time we booked the room. We loved everything about the place.

We had an excellent extended stay at Belinda and Steve's condo in Incline Village, NV. The property was very clean and the location was ideally situated to local and regional amenities and attractions that we value e.g., beautiful hiking, restaurants, art galleries, local food stores, nearby towns of Reno, Carson City, Virginia City. An instruction and recommendations binder was exceptionally well organized and thorough. As hosts, Belinda and Steve were proactive, always responsive, and very friendly. We were glad to briefly meet both of them during our trip. Highly recommended. Joe & Lori
