This was beyond my expectations. Looked better than the photos. Felt like at peace when I arrived at this place. The green surroundings were just too beautiful. Master bedroom has an amazing view of the olive trees outside. You also get a slight view of the sea. Worth visiting this place and way worth the money.

Apartment matching the description, with extremely useful private parking. Clean, tidy, and a great breakfast box. Nearby historic center, reachable on foot in a few minutes. The only flaw is the noise of the trains at night (but the proximity to the station is still described in the listing), for which practical earplugs are provided. Overall a satisfying overnight experience!

Benedetta and her husband were truly wonderful hosts — kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their proactive communication and genuine hospitality made everything feel effortless and so much fun. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to visit them again on our next trip!

Claudia is a great hostess, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and up to San Gimignano you only need half an hour. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the nice holiday!

Francesca was very flexible and hospitable during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and that our children were accommodated. She made herself available for us the entire stay, but because of her good description, recommendations, and we'll maintain place it was rarely needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and we'll located. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Old-Town Florence!

A beautiful, historic place filled with amazing antiques! A place in the center of Montepulciano within walking distance to everything in the town. The terrace has an amazing 360 degree view of the fabulous Tuscan countryside!

A wonderful place with breathtaking views from both the apartament and the pool, perfect for people looking for peace and quiet. We came here to ride bikes and it was an ideal place for a start of our daily rides. Fernando welcomed us sincerely and gave us all of the useful information on the house and the surroundings. He gave us a bottle of wine and olive oil as a welcome gift. We recommend this place, it was an absolutely amazing stay.

Can't say enough about how much our family of 5 adults loved this place. The place was very charming, plenty of comfortable furniture, the bedrooms were private and comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station, through the Duomo area which is beautiful. The area around the airbnb was full of restaurants, shops, fruit stands, cafes, anything you needed was close by. It was so nice to walk to David's cafe and have a coffee and pastry each morning! We ate at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. They also have pasta making classes that you can see happening right outside the upstairs window.We enjoyed this place thoroughly! The downstairs has 2 large bedrooms with king beds. There is a little study/single bedroom off one of the larger bedrooms separated by glass doors. The room with twin beds is upstairs with the kitchen and bathroom. Hosts were great! You will not be disappointed!

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. The hosts put so many nice and hospitable touches for their guests. Robes, bathroom amenities, coffees and treats. They also offer purified water. The apartment is serviced so we came back to a clean and refreshed apartment after a long day walking around. And in the mornings a voucher is included for breakfast at a cafe around the corner. Highly recommend this place. Note you do need to be ok with about 3 flights of stairs. Great exercise after gelato!

Beautiful apartment. Even the photos don't do it justice. A beautiful stone sweeping staircase leads up to it and then the apartment itself has beautiful frescoes on the ceiling and faded frescoes on the walls and has high ceilings and tall windows. It overlooks the church if San Felice and the Pitti Palace is just at the top of the road. It is perfectly situated and all the main sites are within a short walk. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Clean towels and spare toilet rolls etc can be picked up from the basement. There are luggage lockers if needed in the entrance hall. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful place and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Numa responded to my queries immediately (like when I stupidly couldn't work out how to open the windows!)

The room is functional. Giuseppe is very helpful. Good place to stay to visit Siena and the surroundings.

This Airbnb is beautiful! The garden and pool area are more beautiful than expected and very quiet and relaxing. Anna was friendly and responsive. We had a hard time finding the place with the address provided, but Anna responded right away and provided alternative directions. It’s very walkable to restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Fully satisfied and even more! Jacopo welcomed us with warmth, discretion and professionalism, even offering us a better apartment than the one booked, with traditional charm but equipped with all modern comforts, including a brand new bathroom and powerful Wi-Fi. We took advantage of the outdoor space for a quiet outdoor summer dinner and small pool for a refreshing dip. We felt really pampered! The location is excellent, among the wonderful Sienese hills, quiet but close to many places of tourist interest. There are plenty of shops and eateries just 5 minutes from the apartment. The picture is completed by the excellent cleanliness and a splendid atmosphere, relaxing but well-kept, which made us feel perfectly at ease. It's a truly wonderful discovery. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, we would have liked to stay longer. We'll be back!

We had a lovely one-night stay! After very helpful and responsive communication with Christina we were greeted warmly on arrival and had a comfortable sleep in a really peaceful area on the edge of Chianciano Terme. We had a time slot booked in their spa (all to ourselves) which was excellent to get included in the room cost and was very relaxing. There was also a generous breakfast offer which unfortunately we had to decline due to travel plans. Great staff, ginormous suite with a beautiful panorama view, and a lovely spa..... Yes we would happily stay again!
