Holiday rentals with a patio in Sidmouth

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Location, Location, Location! Spectacular views from property of the Estuary. Excellent and secure parking. We really appreciated the welcome tray items.

We had a wonderful stay, the studio was very cosy and had all that we needed including some croissants and snacks provided by Elisabeth. It is a very peaceful area. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and found Branscombe a great base for days out in Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. I would highly recommend a stay here. Elisabeth was very welcoming and friendly.

Had a very pleasant weekend staying at Guy's - the accommodation is lovely, in a terrific location with a gorgeous view out to sea from the terrace. The apartment was clean, cosy and very comfortable and Guy's a great host - friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay!

Delightful small cottage. Everything you need, welll described. Very friendly hosts. But best is the location! Remarkably peaceful and bucolic.

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

Great little stay wanted something easy to get into the city and to the party location so was perfect. The pictures don’t do it justice the place was stylish stunning and so cozy. Lovely little touch of music playing and pastries on arrival. Fantastic place way better than a hotel and cheaper.

We booked a 3 night stay in the week. Harry’s place was fantastic. He supplied enough breakfast items to feed a few people, which was such a bonus . The house was lovely, really homely and comfortable. Our pooch was catered for too. Some really beautiful walks from the house into the woods, which we all enjoyed. The coast was about 30mins drive, which we did visit. One thing to note, some of the local restaurants/takeaways were not open until midweek which wasn’t a deal breaker but good to know. The Pig at Combe was a great place to visit and eat, dogs allowed in the Folly, highly recommend. Communication from Harry was great and we did get to meet him as they only live next door. We would definitely like to visit again.

Had a fabulous week in Anne’s Place, house was just the ideal size for us (2 adults, a teenage daughter and 2 dogs) and we would still have had plenty of room if there’d been 5 of us. The house is very well equipped and has everything that you could possibly need during your stay. We spent the majority of our time in the garden room it was lovely to be able to open the bifold doors fully on a sunny day. We really enjoyed walking along the river, down to Sidmouth and did this several times during our stay, it took around 25 minutes to get to the seafront and was mostly flat and shady under the trees - ideal on a warm summers day. There was plenty to do both within walking distance and a short drive in the car, we just wish we’d booked 2 weeks instead of one!

Really lovely and beautiful done place. Full or interesting things felt very much at home. The garden was so beautifully landscaped was a joy in and out. Very peaceful and we had some gorgeous sunsets!! Will definitely come again as soon as we can.

Had a great time staying here with all the family, the house is so close to the beach it was perfect for us! Was such an easy and chill stay with a surprise hamper full of goodies when we arrived. Would love to stay here again and Tristan was super helpful with recommendations and extra info!

The house garden and surrounding area were all as I expected and of a high standard. The only issue was that the bed is too small, particularly if one of the two in it is over 6ft tall.

We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend this airbnb! It’s in a great location to head out to some lovely beaches, only 10 minutes away from Beer for instance! The annex itself is nicely tucked away from the main house so you have the privacy and despite being off a main road it was nice and quiet. It was sparkling clean on arrival and beautifully furnished, the kitchen was very well equipped and there’s so much storage and cooking space. Lots of storage again in the bedroom, the king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was a treat. The hosts provided a nice snack and bottle of wine which was a kind gesture and the information binder was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again- thank you John and Monica!

What a find! We spent 4 nights here as a part of our minimoon and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. The cottage is immaculate from it's style, comfort and location. We bought our 2 dogs who loved the trot down to the beach every day to the lovely cafe and gorgeous cliff top views (well worth the climb). Then back to the cottage to relax in the garden overlooking luscious greenery. Both of the local pubs offer great food and atmosphere. The village itself is stunning. We were lucky enough to be shown around the working mill at the bottom of the drive too. We were sad to leave but very much hope to return in the future and would book Honeybank Cottage again. A very special stay indeed.

A beautiful spacious house within walking distance to Sidmouth town and a supermarket only about a 3 minute walk away. A lovely park just across the road, perfect for walking our dog. The property itself was lovely, super clean, comfortable with everything you need and in a peacefu location. The shower was amazing! Would definitely recommend this beautiful house for others to stay.

We loved our stay at Moira's place - beautiful location and super close to Brixham centre. The house has everything you need, the kitchen in particular is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. Would definitely like to come and visit again!

Absolutely perfect place for a relaxing peaceful break. Cannot recommend it enough! Lisa really goes above and beyond. The views of the beach from the hot tub are gorgeous and the location is ideal. We will definitely be returning!!

Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

Stayed for a friends wedding. Location was perfect as walking distance to registry office and reception. Jonathan was proactive and offered recommendations of things to do if I wanted them. I changed my arrival time last minute and Jonathan was excellent at accommodating the changes providing clear instructions / directions. The apartment was clean, milk in the fridge and biscuits left for me, good sized shower with good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Diana is the best host — a true gem, which is rare these days! The place was spotlessly clean, tidy, and incredibly pleasant. I was welcomed with beautiful fresh flowers, toiletries, milk, and coffee — such thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. The location is fantastic and conveniently close to shops. Highly recommended!

A beautiful ground floor apartment in a great location for the sea and local amenities. Everything was presented beautifully and everything you could need was supplied.
