We were very pleased with this accommodation from the moment we opened the door. The view from just about every area in the house was amazing. Great location, walkable with plenty of restaurants in the area. Nice ice cream parlor on the bottom floor. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying again upon my next visit.

it's my first 4th visit to thailand but this private room is my best so far,nice location ,clean,private POOL😙 ,staff always respond quickly. por and Kate are superb host ,ready to help ,,If you need something they will help you at ease....THANKS....

Had an awesome stay near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya! The place was pretty clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, and even the building staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only small downside was that the gym equipment wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Convenient location, convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. The guards were also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained, and the cleaning is also very clean. There is no problem with the use of any items in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

The condo unit was very nice. You could tell it it has been upgraded. The balcony overlooked part of the city and part of the bay so very nice view. The only drawback in my opinion is there are very long corridors and you always have to go up steps

The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Yannick’s place. The house was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for traveling with a small child. Yannick was a great host, kind and very responsive. He prepared everything we needed, including a crib, baby bath, and changing table for our daughter — even more than we expected! The location is excellent — walkable to the beach and close to bars, perfect for enjoying a relaxing evening drink. I truly appreciated his hospitality and care. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pattaya!

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

The room is very clean It was very helpful to buy a lot of water It's far from the convenience store, so it's comfortable to have a motorcycle or a car 3 bedrooms have toilet and shower room and are private

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.

i stayed for two weeks in Mr. ivan's apartment in beach condo near jomtien, I found everything very satisfactory, from the comfortable room to the sea view from the eighth floor. The value for money is phenomenal! I will definitely come back here! Thank you very much!
