The good host environment is fresh and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen, minimalist decoration and nice play style in the living room. Outside boasts a large back garden where it is possible to taste tea, BBQ, chit chat or party. In the evening, I have dinner at the garden table, the cool sea breeze, and the sound of wind chimes, the sound of leaves and birds singing, I am leisurely leaning against the back of the chair. I really loved the feeling of being at one with nature, and it was so peaceful and relaxing.

Nonthapat was a very great host to us.He wanted to upgrade the place if we wanted to go to Pattaya but we rather stayed in Bang saen area.The house is in a very beautiful gate community.

this house was a perfect getaway for us ,brilliant for family time together the hosts are amazing really responsive overall a super experience, the only thing I would say to anyone coming to stay here (and this has nothing to do with the house or hosts) is the beach is not good it's very dirty and not good for anything other than collecting shellfish to eat,if you have transport then there is a beach not far which is wonderful

The accommodation is very nice, comfortable, and relaxing, like staying at a friend's house, big brother's house, or little brother's house. Bang Saen accommodation, walkable, close to the sea, beach, dogs allowed. The owner provided all the information. Impressive. The house and surrounding areas are arranged beautifully, conveniently, comfortably, cleanly, and safely. There is a full range of kitchen equipment for boiling, stir-frying, curries, grilling, and a chill atmosphere for sitting and chatting. I recommend this place to anyone who goes to Bangsaen, such as a group of friends or family.

This was an excellent house to stay in, in a really nice neighborhood! It had everything we needed for a longer stay and was very comfortable and cozy. Close to both Pattaya and Sriracha as well. Would definitely come back and stay again!

New, clean. The house is very cute. It's just next to the pool in front of the house. The water is green and there is a power problem, but the host is quick to respond. Very cute. The price of the house is not expensive. The location is good.

Flexible check in we were a bit early and host have it all ready for the time we were arriving, nice comfortable and lots of room for whole family get together , great secure gate community , we will be back again thank you so much for looking after us
