The host responded very quickly. The room was very clean, smelled great, and had a nice atmosphere. Snacks, coffee, and drinking water were provided. The location is very convenient and easy to access. Check-in was super easy. It's close to food spots and the beach, with a beautiful pool view. The host also gave helpful advice about renting a motorbike. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Bangsaen.

Great place. Great view on the 34th floor. I'm satisfied with everything, including a rooftop garden, swimming pool, and thorough security. I'll visit again. I had a good rest.

We had 2 wonderful short stays at Pussadee's lovely apartment near the beach in Bang Saen. Highly recommended!

- early check-in was slightly chaotic, but we got inside - the sea view, though promised, came with an industrial harbor and a noisy motorway below the balcony, slightly disappointing due to the associated noise + Soraya is a great host, responsive, kind, flexible and eager to help + the apartment itself was a highlight - gorgeous, and spacious, with a super comfy bed and a well-designed table perfect for remote work + the bathroom was impressive, with a bubble bath, a luxury toilet, and a washing machine + the amenities were outstanding, including a pool, cinema, golf simulator, library, launderette, and kids' playground on the 4th floor + the 35th floor offered a gym and infinity pool, accompanied by saunas and a hot pool + the entire complex maintained exceptional cleanliness during the whole time + coffee machine and a small shop on the ground floor note: + if you rent a bike, a parking card is needed + 10min to the beach, restaurants, and shopping malls + we would come again

This place is exactly what we were looking for- quiet and peaceful with a great view! Highly recommend you have a car if you want to stay here, as it is a bit remote.

Have stayed at Riviera Jomtien several times and I love the building! The room is clean and nice, nothing to complain about. However, the host is slow to respond. And the booking calendar on AirBnB doesn't match the actual availability of the host's room. Twice it has happened to me that Dan's room has looked available, but then, after many many hours of waiting, find out that it is already booked! Not very professional...

Sirinuch was super kind and always ready to reply my messages, the place is perfect for a couple with a great view, wonderful pool and gym, so we decide to extend our staying. great 👍

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront AirBnB! The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The location is great, being in a residential area with easy access to the ocean. However, if you're planning on getting around without a car, be aware that the nearest convenience store is about a 20-minute walk or a less than 10-minute drive away. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basics covered for a short stay. While it might not have had everything we needed for an extended stay (we had to do some shopping for extra toiletries and snacks), it was perfect for our brief visit. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the two beautiful pools! They were sparkling clean and provided a great spot to relax in the sun or cool off on a hot day. We loved lounging by the pool and taking a dip whenever we needed to unwind. One minor issue was that the bathtub lacked its drain cover, making it impossible to use. However, this didn't detract too much from our fun

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

David is a great and highly accommodating host. The house was spotless upon arrival and has a warm, homely feel that made settling in easy and comfortable. When I noticed there wasn’t a blender in the kitchen, David went out of his way to order a brand new one without hesitation—just one example of how thoughtful and responsive he is. The maid service is excellent and consistently leaves the place squeaky clean. The home is located in a safe, quiet community with easy access to the main city, making it a perfect base for both work and relaxation. Highly recommend staying here!
