Zoe and her lovely family were very welcoming and made us feel at home. bed was very comfy and the location is close to Newtown without being in Newtown. perfect. would love to stay again.

Very good accommodation in a central location only five minutes or so from Derby town centre. Comfortable beds and a generous supply of towels. As what's offered is one of a number of apartments within a large block, the image on the posting may be slightly different from the apartment you are allocated. NB Although the description states that Netflix is provided, you have to bring your own login.

Stepped in at last minute to provide accommodation when I was let down. Place was so beautiful and location was perfect. Host stayed in touch, provided lots of info and was very flexible. Even provided a little care package as I was so stressed! Will defo book again!

Very good comms and description was also accurate. The location is excellent for central Birmingham and only 20 mins walk from the train station. The property has 2 flats with the other flat also being rented - The other group were very loud on friday night/saturday early morning but this was not the fault of the owners. Aside from that we would stay again - Thanks :)

Loved being on Rodney street. Very central, whilst also not too hectic with folks passing by at night n day. Ten mins walk to lime Street and centre of city, whilst also by loads of buses etc to get around. Particularly good price weekdays, which was handy for me to bring my brother for first trip up in 30 years. Windows open a little, which I need for airflow. Good size bedrooms and blackout curtains. Proper oven and fridge freezer so you can cook but also alot of basic and bougie places to eat. A city of character and heart even when students are pouring in 😎

We had a great stay in Sobia's apartment. We stayed in the deluxe 2 bed which had 2 bathrooms, one being ensuite. The apartment is extremely clean (which I loved!) and was also cleaned once during our 8 day stay. we travelled as a family of 4 with 2 young children and the apartment was great for this purpose. Sobia was a great host and responded very quickly to any queries. We also extended our stay and returned to the apartment for a second stay. I totally recommend Sobia's apartment.

Lovely location for my fiancee's birthday, the apartment was roomy and we had a great view by the lakeside from our decking - very idyllic and relaxing, would have happily spent a few more days here. We went on a good walk, ate at the Boathouse (great food, recommend the sea bass) and kayaking the next day. The De Vere laid on lots of lovely touches such as a birthday message and chocolates and then a really nice "Happy Birthday" dessert to follow as a surprise at the Boathouse, very much appreciated! We will definitely be back again, thank you.

We had a pleasant and peaceful stay at the apartment. The host was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and very responsive before and during our visit. The property feels similar to a serviced apartment and is set in a lovely, well-kept garden that adds to the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment has been recently renovated and includes TVs in every room, which was a nice touch. Overall, it’s a lovely place and can be better with a few improvements in comfort. Thank you

Enjoyed a short stay at the apartment near Montpellier area in Cheltenham. I was attending the races Tuesday and Wednesday and Emelye sorted a slightly earlier check in to allow me time to drop my belongings, get a change and get out in time for racing starting. Apartment was clean and tidy, bed was comfy and everything as described. Perfect for my 2 night stay. Race track was around 40 minute walk, and only 10-15 mins to town centre and all of the bars and restaurant. The apartment was easy to find, self check in was simple, and I got a parking space with free parking right outside the apartment! Recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cheltenham! A lovely apartment, really bright and open space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s even better than the photos and description. Carly is a great host - very responsive and makes you feel welcome in their home.

The apartment was really lovely and super close to all amenities and the city centre. Host was so quick with any queries. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I enjoyed the whole experience.

Perfect stay for my work in the area. Great location and lovely outside area to sit in the sun. Parking was very handy too. Nice short pathway walk to the local tesco hope to stay again soon

A modern first floor flat with small private courtyard outside. Close to town and the bus station. Both bedrooms are doubles with wardrobe. One had chest of drawers but no towel rail in the bathroom. The other had a towel rail but no chest of drawers. Quiet with easy parking off the road. Could get busy during school term, but we were there in the holidays.
