This is an amazing property overlooking one of Australia’s most beautiful beaches. The view is breathtaking and instantly relaxing. Glenyss was a fantastic host and was responsive and friendly in all communication. Highly recommended!

We had a relaxing family getaway at Olas villa #5. The villa is spacious, well appointed, with calming neutral decor and everything you would need for a trip away with family or friends. The plunge pool was refreshing after a long hot day of exploring local surrounds. Birubi beach is a short walk away. My family was delighted with their lovely welcome surprise. Jaymie is a thoughtful host and very responsive.

The villa was absolutely stunning, and comfortable to stay at. The place was very clean, cozy and felt right at home. Jaymie is great, assisting us in our needs and very attentive. Definitely a place I can recommend to family and friends, would stay again 10/10

We needed a place in the Newcastle area as my son lives in Cardiff. The unit was perfect for me and my daughter and had everything we needed. Location wise we were happy and spent a lot of time at the beaches which are only a few minutes drive away. Mina was very helpful and accommodating when we asked anything . We would stay again when we next visit .

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

A really great find for visiting family from the uk. We used this as a base for 2 weeks and Joan and Garth were very accommodating and flexible. Greeted us as soon as we arrived so we felt very welcome. It’s a lovely quiet area. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Blue Abbey had absolutely exceeded our expectations - the place was second to none! The whole home was kitted out with everything you could have needed and more. Belinda was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. Short walk to the main beach and restaurants. Ideal location!

We spent an amazing Easter long weekend here with our 3 teenager kids. The place was perfect for our family, there was lots of space to chill separately or be together and walking distance to the Marina. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.

We had a great stay in Olas! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jaymie was easy to communicate with and made everything simple. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had an amazing time at the Olas Villas. Relaxing, very close to the beach, peaceful and clean. It’s like a gorgeous home away from home. We absolutely love everything about it. We look forward to coming back again !

Very good as all utensils in the Kitchen were there and we didn't need half of it. Also saw cocktail set, however we do not drink cocktails. Great to have BBQ set as that was the only utensil we used. Spacious place and clean. It is a new property. Very close to the beach. Property manager was great.
