Absolutely magic. The location is next-level — peaceful, private… and those views! Aside from the property being spotless, beautifully styled and with every amenity you could possibly want, Andrea made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we booked. Incredible communication, fresh sourdough from a local bakery on arrival and our groceries picked up and unpacked for us — the greatest luxury! We travelled in late Autumn, but that didn’t stop us swimming in the beautifully heated pool and curling up on the balcony with blankets. The board games were such a fun way to spend our evenings and the dog treats and beds had our pups feeling like royalty. We will absolutely be back. Thank you so much for all of your care during our stay Andrea!

What a beautiful and incredibly well designed house. The style and finishing touches were just perfect. I literally couldn’t fault a thing it was just perfect.

My mother and I absolutely loved staying here. Inside and out was actually even better than the photos showed. Was a comfortable, tidy, modern, quiet space. Outside with the spa, pool and sauna made us feel like we were in a resort in Bali. Given the chance we will definitely stay again.

The places was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed and extra. The other guests on this short vacation walked and and were just wow-ed by how the place looked. It was a great stay! Thank you so much for approving our booking!

We had a great family stay at Andrew's. The house was clean, spacious, with an organised & equipped kitchen, nicely styled and was relaxing place for a weekend getaway. Walking distance to the bay & surrounds. Andrew was informative and responsive throughout our stay, would highly recommend this property.

Jaymie was an absolute dream host! The house was immaculately clean and stunningly beautiful. We loved every detail, from the decor to the thoughtful touches throughout. The welcome present was such a lovely surprise - so thoughtful and made us feel instantly at home. The space accommodated us perfectly, and we felt right at home. We had a great stay in Hawks Nest at Kristina’s place. The accomodation was stunning and perfect for a get away from Sydney. The doggo loved the space to be able run around in the garden. It really was the perfect set up to be able have some home cook nights in and also local to the shops is there was anything we need. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'The 19th Hole'. Beautifully appointed accommodation backing onto the Nelson Bay Golf Course. Everything you could wish for was supplied; breakfast supplies, plenty of fresh fruits and a pantry full of goods. Comfortable beds and a private setting made for a good night's sleep. Two separate living spaces ensured everyone had their 'own space'. The best appointed laundry facilities we have ever seen. Internal access to the double garage was ideal for storing our golfing gear overnight. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of Nelson Bay. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be sure to book in for our next holiday in Nelson Bay!

We had a great experience. The place was lovely and clean, with beautiful water views that made the stay even more relaxing. There was plenty of space, which made it perfect for unwinding and feeling at home. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our stay was ideal for a family get together and to attend a wedding locally. Our hosts were very accomodating and friendly which made our arrival and departure easy. We were impressed with the property location, view, layout and everything that being at home provides. We didn’t need anything except our clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying at Curlew Sands, and we would definitely stay again. The price for the size and location was perfect! The house was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby cove was fun to paddle in on the stand up paddle boards provided, with a short walk to the shore. North Arm Cove is a peaceful suburb and there are some fire trails through the bush behind the house, but no coastal walks. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking very easy. We had fun using the billiard table and car racing simulator. It is a 20 minute drive to Coles, surf beaches, and excellent restaurants in Tea Gardens.

Beautiful location right on the beach and within walking distance to the local shops & amenities of Soldiers Point. The kayak and proper Stand Up Paddle boards were a great addition. A great place for kids and lots of areas to relax and enjoy Aperitvo on.

The house was spacious and as described. Location wise is close to town and amenities . Michael was a very responsive host.

Such a gorgeous, very well curated space. Great amenities and good size. My friend and I had a great stay. There is a problem with the sewer smell which can be strong at times in the bathroom but mostly just external to the place. Unfortunate, but could be due to the massive amount of rain they have had recently. I wish I didn't have to share this but since I'm an honest person I can't ignore it. If this was a one off issue then I can recommend this place as a great little getaway.

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. The location is ideal for exploring Newcastle with lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Arabella. Very well furnished with high quality furniture, appliances and all the kitchenware you could ever need. The property is well located, less than 5 min drive to Nelson Bay and Salamander Bay and beaches at the doorstep. Communication with the host was excellent. My group of 8 with seniors and children enjoyed themselves and look forward to coming back!

Samantha’s place was the wonderful retreat that we needed. The location is excellent, being close to beaches and parks, and the place itself was very clean, beautifully presented, and was decked out with all that we needed for our stay and more. We didn’t need to ask any questions because instructions were so clear and communication was proactive. We instantly relaxed and will definitely be booking a mini break there another time.

A great, spacious house with everything you could need. We loved being so close to both the bush and the ocean. It’s a quiet, peaceful location with easy walking access to the beach. The host was very helpful with local tips and quick to answer any questions we had.
