Cabin holiday rentals in Shizuoka

This place was the perfect peaceful getaway. I was greeted by the host upon arrival and shown everything about the space and property. It was about a 5 min drive to the lake. The sauna/cold tub/hot tub cost extra but was a great addition. Gorgeous property and immaculate, private guest house to stay in. Would love to stay here again!

The building and interior were very clean and the hospitality was outstanding. I think many people visit by car, but the entrance is easy to see from the road and there is plenty of parking space. The host responds quickly and politely to questions and messages.Japanese people can feel at ease. There is a private house next door, right next to the premises, visible from the wooden deck, so you need to be a little careful when chatting during BBQ. You may also be slightly bothered by the sound of cars and trucks passing through the adjacent road. Overall very happy with the experience.

Nice cabin for the most part. Descriptions are accurate. Maybe it's better during the brighter season. Early June is too dark. The area is quite dark at night , hard to come up if you're driving. The area surrounding is not to my interest. I wish I could use the hot spring, it was way too hot even after draining out with refilling with cold water. There were no instructions for it.

If you only prepare ingredients, there are seasonings and sauces. There were few ingredients at the nearby supermarket, so I thought it would be good to prepare it in advance. All of the meat from the butcher you mentioned was delicious.

The sauna, water bath, and natural hot spring were all pleasant to use!The description of the facility was also easy to understand, and we had a comfortable stay.

During my stay, they were very kind and gave me recommendations and services, and thanks to them, I had a very enjoyable time.I want to use it again.

It was my first cabin stay in a long time, and I am very satisfied.Communication was quick and easy, including check-in.Also, I was a little scared because there were no street lights at night, but the building was not cold and comfortable, and I was also impressed by the beauty of the surrounding natural environment and the sound of birds in the morning. If I come to Minami Hakone and Atami again, I would like to stay again in a different season.

It was a very spacious and comfortable week!Especially the sauna was the best, and even though it was a home size, it was hot and sweaty. It has a refrigerator, large kitchen, washer and dryer, and is suitable for long-term stays.In the comment, the rice cooker was not able to cook well, but I cooked it with a little less water! The host responded quickly and handled it politely.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Its location is close to the lake, very peaceful, and quiet. There was an issue when we arrived and they addressed it immediately with no issue! The beds were so soft and we slept great! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. They even had some free snacks! The view of Fuji from the end of the street was amazing! Also the deer were out everyday we were there. We would stay here again if we visit the lake again.

This was my third time using it, but the facilities were well maintained and I had a comfortable stay!Above all, I like it because the room is tidy and clean!There was a BBQ set on the terrace for family and friends. We had a fun and relaxing time, and there was karaoke, darts, and other things to play in the room, so we had a lot of time to enjoy. It's a place I'd love to come back every time I come! I think I'll be back

Very clean and new. Nice location. We drove 5 mins to an excellent sunrise place. 5 people stayed super comfortably. There is 1 bathroom so more people might take longer time to finish showering. Very warm indoor.

I stayed with 4 adults and 3 children.It was also warm because it was digging.It was nice to have cooking utensils and dishes.The starry sky was beautiful at night, and we had a pleasant time.

Stayed only one night, but it was lovely. The cabin itself is tiny, but qiet comfortable, especially wanna point futons - i usually have troubles cuz it is way too hard for me, these were ok) Another good thing - private bbq place right at the entrance to cabin. Beach is literally in 2 mins, bus stop in 3) The town looks a bit dead....may be it was not a season yet. Nearest 7/11 in 25 mins walk. The host is very friendly and speaks english vell, so communication was easy.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! It was definitely off the beaten path, but completely worth it. The host is very proactive and gave me great recommendations of things to do nearby. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy your stay, this is the place. The cabin is also a wonderful place if you have kids. There are fun ropes inside to climb and I especially enjoyed the hammock. There was even some board games, too!

Amazing place

This home was a great chance for my family and I to see the Izu Peninsula while enjoying time with each other in a very unique log cabin. Everything in the home was very comfortable and the instructions from the host made things easy to use. The area was very peaceful and quiet. There are many hot springs and attractions very close to the home. We highly recommend the Izu Skyline, Jogasaki Coast, Akazawa Onsen, and the Izu Teddy Bear Museum. The host was very responsive and kind as well. Book this Airbnb for a wonderful Izu experience!
