Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

This place was spacious, modern, clean, and very well equipped for 5 adults and several babies requiring high chairs and plastic spoons and beakers. Lots of cutlery and crockery too - no washing up before you could sit down to thd next meal, which I've known in other place. There was a huge fridge and a big freezer; the appliances were clean, new and easy to use. Lovely linen and comfy beds. Nicola was speedy in her responses and allowed us an earlier check-in and later check out which was massively helpful we had a lovely stay and would certainly consider returning. Thank you Nicola

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

Another fab stay at your beautiful cottage Susan. Thank you for the wine. We managed to take advantage of the outside space and enjoyed an evening drink in the sun there. Love all the planting, must admit I couldn’t resist removing a side shoot from the tomatoes ( am a keen gardener myself so just can’t help myself!!) Perfect location for local travel. We visited Kelmscott Manor, somewhere I always wanted to visit when I lived locally but never got round to. All in all a little gem of a cottage.

What can I say…the house was just perfect for our stay. Beautifully appointed, clean and luxurious. What a treat to have a coffee in the sunshine in the mornings, overlooking the lake. Cotswold Water Park Retreats were amazing. Very easy to book paddle boards in advance, great communication and the hot tub was checked at least twice while we were there. It’s like everything was thought of. It made it so easy for me and my family to focus on spending time together. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here to anyone and I would love to come back.

We thoroughly recommend The Little Forge for a stay in the Cotswolds - it was so pretty, peaceful and the hot tub was a bonus! We stayed here for our mini moon after our wedding for a bit of rest and relaxation and got just that! Kelly gave us super clear instructions of where to park and how to get in - all really easy. The cottage itself is really pretty, has all the home comforts you could possibly need as well as being in walking distance to a great pub with delicious food and really good service. It was peaceful and relaxing - Kelly had thought of all amenities you might need during your stay - it felt like a home away from home. The cottage is a great base to explore lots of the Cotswolds - we enjoyed Stow-on-the-Wold, walk no. 4 in the "40 walks in the Cotswolds" book, Cowley Manor Experimental for an afternoon spa trip and The Feathered Nest. We loved our stay - would love to come again some time! Thank you!

Helen’s cottage was so wonderful! We would love to return to stay at the cottage and visit Cirencester. Helen has thought of everything. The whole experience was great- well equipped kitchen, everything in new condition, great shower, comfortable beds, perfect for walking around town and exploring the area. We cannot say enough about this lovely place, it is very special! Highly recommended!!

We had a lovely weekend in the barn, which has been renovated / converted beautifully. Loads of space inside, but still felt very cosy. Hosts were great, very responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location that is still easy to get to.

Absolutely stunning way to spend my birthday weekend with our two boys. The accommodation and surrounding landscape was just gorgeous. Everything was thought of and the attention to detail, cleanliness and welcome gifts were just perfect. We will be back!! Exceptional stay.

This is our 4th visit to the Barn, it feels like home from home now. For us as a group of 9 it works really well. Plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare meals and space around the table to eat and chat. All rooms have their own bathroom which is great, only downside is one of the bathrooms rooms has sloping roof so it’s a too low to have a shower. The outdoor space is lovely too, nice to sit and have drinks in the afternoon /evening in the sunshine, very enclosed private and quiet. Would be nice to have a second patio area on the front of the property where there is a lawned area as that side gets the sun in the evening. The local pub ‘The Woodman “ offer a free pick up service when you book for a meal, lovely friendly country pub and the food is great. Not much to do in the local area which keeps it quiet but you can be in Bourton on the Water within an hour, definitely a place to visit, dont bother with Clarksons farm tho, very disappointing. Recommend the Harbour chip shop

James is a fantastic host. The Coach House is beautiful. Attention to detail and the interior decor is stunning and of high quality. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub was a gorgeous way to spend the evenings and the loggia provide shelter from the very high tempretues we had. Everything was impeccable and we'd love to return. Local eateries and towns are fab and the setting for the home is peaceful and very picturesque.Thank you to you both and your mum

Beautiful house and stunning location. Alex and Bobby were extremely friendly, responded quickly to any queries and were very welcoming with bread, butter, eggs, juice and much more left for our arrival. The house is immaculate and was as much a part of our Cotswolds experience as the surrounding villages, restaurants, pubs and views. The house has a very high standard of detail with an amazing kitchen/dining area and 3 ensuite rooms. Private parking is both reassuring and convenient for packing/unpacking. The whole experience could not have been better and the place is even nicer than the impressive pictures. We will definitely stay here again but will extend our stay longer than this one as there is so much to do and such a relaxing place to stay. Thank you.

An amazing place with spacious bedrooms and a lovely outdoors and dining area. The hot tub was great, too. A lovely quiet location with several great pubs nearby. Katy was a fantastic host! Highly recommend staying here with a group of 6-8 people!

Fantastic stay at Victory Cottage. This was our first time to the Cotswolds and we absolutely would return to this wonderful cottage. The city of Cirencester was perfect and the walk into town each day was wonderful. You are only 7 min walk from great restaurants, shops and pubs and the town itself had several things going on when we were there. We visited neighboring villages that were all in driving distance and easy to get too. The cottage was also very accessible in Cirencester, getting in and out of the village was easy! Design and functionality in the cottage was top notch! Highly recommend.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Amazing stay at Bank house. We were so pleased with the property. Absolutely beautiful and in a great location for us. The property had everything we needed and some lovely extra touches left by the host too :) Would highly recommend!

Brenda’s house was a lovely little gem in Shrivenham! The location being so close to the memorial hall was great for a wedding. Also near to a park if you come with children. It was a lovely place for 4 adults and the garden is a sun trap. The host made it really easy to check in and if I had any questions was able to answer them quickly. Definitely would stay again if visiting friends nearby.

Regina accommodation was perfect, located in beautiful surroundings and bungalow was perfect everything we needed and a beautiful welcome pack. It was a spacious and bright place to stay and we’ll definitely use again. Thank you.

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!
