Great place to stay! We hosted a friends birthday party and had a great time.

The property with its yard, pool and views is really beautiful. Whitney was very communicative and responsive through our stay.

This home was absolutely beautiful and peaceful with stunning views. The pool and Jacuzzi were the highlight for us—especially since the pool was heated, we were able to enjoy night swims. The house is very spacious, perfect for larger groups, and it was wonderful that it was wheelchair accessible, making it easy and comfortable for our client with dementia to join and enjoy the trip. We’re so grateful for this experience and definitely plan to return with more of our family next time!

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

We had a lovely stay at Terry's place! It comfortably fit the 8 people in our bachelorette party, and was not far from many lovely vineyards in Paso, and only 10 mins from downtown Paso. The backyard was huge, and the house was comfortable. Despite being on a corner it felt very private. Would reccommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Instructions were clear. The host was responsive. The rooms accommodated our large family of 11 people perfectly. Everything was clean and ready for us once we arrived. We appreciated how it was easy to find most things because of a lot of the cabinets and drawers were labeled. This was my third time staying with Susan and Greg, and every stay at their cottage in Baywood has been a blast. It’s peaceful, quiet, and Susan and Greg are wonderful hosts. The cottage is in the perfect spot to be able to walk to anything in Baywood Park (be sure to check out High Street Deli and Noi’s 2nd Street Cafe!). I’ve made it a point to stay here every time I’m down in the area for a longer trip, I can’t recommend it enough.

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations. I will see if you have any others to check out also.

An amazing stay. Very beautiful home with records to listen to an out side tub to relax in under the stars. The only disappointment was I couldn’t get most of the out side lights to come on. Other than that you can’t beat this place

From the moment we arrived at The Spot in Pismo Beach, we knew we were in for something special. This Airbnb is a true gem, combining comfort, style, and the perfect beach vibe. The location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to the beach, we were able to enjoy the stunning coastal views whenever we wanted. Whether it was sunrise walks on the sand or watching the sunset over the ocean, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The space itself is immaculate—modern, cozy, and beautifully decorated with a perfect balance of elegance and relaxation. We loved how well-equipped the kitchen was, making it easy to cook at home after a day of exploring. The living area was spacious and inviting, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The host was fantastic—super responsive, and friendly to ensure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We spent 2 nights at Jordan's SLOweekender and everything was great and as described. The place was very clean and location was fine. We were travelling with two young children and the lack of clutter in the house was definitely a bonus. They had room to roam w/o getting into trouble. If you are in half decent shape you can even walk into town, it's just a little over a mile. There are a few places close by that are very walkable including the SLO Food Coop(great local items including amazing scones from "Bread and Bike" daily, unlimited drip coffee too!), Ancient Owl Tap Room/Shrine Brewing/El Lugar tasting room jointly located in industrial strip mall just up the street. One note if you are not in great shape, the place has three levels: garage(street level), floor one(kitchen/dining/living room/bathroom), floor two(2br and 2 bathrooms). Two flights of steps all together. Cheers!

We stayed at Jim and Michelle’s Avila Beach house from Tuesday to Sunday with my husband, sister, and our two young children (ages 3 and 5), and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the home was exactly as described. The location was ideal—just a few blocks from the beach and playground, which made it easy for the kids to scooter back and forth. The outdoor space was a great spot to relax and play games, and the kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking at home convenient. The beds were comfortable, and parking was easy and hassle-free. Jim and Michelle were quick to respond to any requests or questions we had before, during, and even at checkout, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic, family-friendly stay, and we’d happily return in the future.

Here’s a polished and friendly review you can use for Airbnb: We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The location is perfect—walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and just steps from the water. The space itself is super cute, private, and comfortable. Thomas has two cats and a dog, all incredibly friendly, but the real star of the show is his co-host, Sylvester the cat. He’s got a big personality and was happy to hang out with us as much as we let him. If you’re a cat lover, you’ll adore him. The house was stocked with a few thoughtful provisions, and we especially appreciated the ice cream bars—such a nice touch. Hopefully Thomas’s place is available the next time we’re in Los Osos. We’d absolutely stay here again!

THE best Airbnb I have stayed in and I travel all year long..I needed rest and relaxation after months of work and I found it here. Sleepy bungalow a block and a half from the coastline. Private with LOTS of room inside and out. Kitchen is ready to cook and we made some great meals. Dining inside or out. Everything is clean and well put together. From the choice in faucets and appliances to the leather couch and tvs, the beds and the outdoor furniture. Windy and cold on the beach?? Lay out in the backyard or sit in a Adirondacks..the wind gets knocked down and it’s a perfect day. Bored?? Walk around the local neighborhood or play some pool in the garage. Like good foods? Local grocery has AMAZING foods (prime cuts, imported cheeses and wines, awesome deli salads) as well as lots of local eateries to find!! I normally stay in Cayucos when I need a getaway…I found my new favorite, assuming it’s available. Plus Hannah is very communicative and easy to get a hold of.

Jordan’s place was wonderful! Everything was as pictured. The place was even more spacious than we were anticipating. It feels private and secluded with beautiful views of nature. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Jordan and his wife are thoughtful hosts. There were bottles of water and snacks when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly stay again if we come back to town.
