Our studio space (250 sq ft) is separate from the main house and located on the outskirts of Greenfield MA. The location provides easy access to downtown, restaurants, shopping areas and Interstate 91. Modern decor, tiled artsy bathroom, lots of garden art, and sweeping views of Berkshire foothills make this a great choice for foliage season, summer recreation and choice winter skiing. One Queen bed. Our house is 90 miles west of Boston, 60 miles north of Hartford and a 3-hour drive to Canada.

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

The cottage is attached to the main house but is a "separate" entity and again has its own private entrance as mentioned above. No smoking in the cottage please but on the deck just fine. Great place to stay. The house was comfortable and creatively furnished, and the view out the back was beautiful. We were participating in a very busy and stressful canine event nearby and it was so nice to escape to such a quiet place each day. We had everything we needed and felt quite at home. Highly recommend Brian’s off grid cabin! His directions were very helpful and made navigating the generator, camp shower, and other on-site details super easy to understand and execute. His property is beautiful and peaceful. We’re already looking at our calendars for another time to visit. Our dog, Stumpy, very much enjoyed the outdoor access and pond. He didn’t want to leave!

Magical, Rural Getaway in the Berkshires

This place was great, I was a little concerned it may be too rustic based on the pictures, but the place was fabulous. No problems with wifi, access, sleeping arrangements. The open space for the kitchen/tv room were so great for our large family. Everything is well appointed, there are clear instructions everywhere on how to use anything in the house. It was really nice for our short weekend stay for graduation. I felt the kitchen was better stocked than most places I've stayed. They had everything we needed. I wish we could have used the fireplace on this rainy cold weekend, but heard maybe it's an Airbnb thing not an owner thing. If you want to head to this area, this was a great place to stay.
