'Lithir', Carloway Isle of Lewis.

JudeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lithir was a fabulous base to explore Lewis and Harris. We felt like we were coming home after a day out. Lithir was very comfortable with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The local Community Coop had a friendly atmosphere and was well stocked. Communication with Kenny was helpful and easy, Mairi was so very helpful and kind. Thank you for all the special treats and making a week here so very memorable.

No. 21 Beautiful Cosy Modern Traditional Cottage

This place is a gem. Beautifully renovated and decorated. So clean and tidy I thought maybe I was the first guest, until I saw all the happy comments in the guest book. Donald is absolutely a top-tier host. Will definitely be back.

Elysium Skye - luxury retreat

RoderickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was the highlight of our long trip and met all the high hopes we had. Peaceful surroundings in space which perfectly links the interior comfort and warmth with the panoramic wildness viewed from the lounge and bedroom. Far from the crowds with beautiful drives and walks

Taigh Chaluman, Croft House Breasclete/Callanish

Jayne ShirleyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Taigh Chulaman was a beautiful home, well appointed and recently decorated and carpeted. All the bedding was as new, and the home was in a really friendly village. Although some way away from any amenities, we didn't have a car, but the bus service was excellent. We walked miles along the Phentland Road with stunning scenery. Callanish Stones were walkable for the summer solistice, and the local community centre had a superb exhibition on. We enjoyed the lovely gardens, the comfortable furniture, and also the hamper which Ian an Fiona left for us. Thank you so much.

Panoramic Sea Views - hot tub

LoganRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved staying at the Larch Shed! Hallin is a beautiful slice of Skye with much to do and is a little off the beaten path from the main tourist areas like Portree. Jane was very hospitable and friendly, and we enjoyed our conversations with her. The Shed itself was exactly as described and very peaceful with an absolutely stunning view of the bay to start and end your day with. Everything was well appointed and we enjoyed the rustic decor. Highly recommend the YurtTea down the road for small breakfast and coffee, as well as nearby Stein Inn for amazing dinner. We also enjoyed Old School Restaurant in Dunvegan for dinner. Would recommend stopping at the co op on Forest rd in Portree for cooking provisions on your way up. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to our return!

The View, Isle of Lewis Lodges (Ebba, lodge 1)

HarryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The cottage was perfect and Jenny was very helpful and pointed us out to beautiful places in Lewis and Harris. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very cosy. Everything we needed was there. It was wonderful and we would definitely return. The area was very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely recommend these cottages.

Cosy + relaxing coastal cottage - sleeps 2

Christopher Guy HadleyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This is a wonderful place to stay in a glorious location. The house is very well furnished and decorated. The walk down to the sea is a delight and there are paths both left and right along the cliff top. We saw numerous waders and also sea eagles. The drive to Point of Nis is worthwhile as is the trip to Callanish - the stones are accessible even though the centre is closed. There are many books on the bookshelf covering local history, The Changing Outer Hebrides and Children of the Black House are definitely worth dipping in to. This is a great location to explore the delights of Harris and Lewis from.
