House holiday rentals in Sferracavallo, Palermo

Min kæreste og jeg havde en super ferie i denne bolig! Hyggeligt sted og den lille terrasse var skøn og med smuk udsigt over bjerg og hav. Der var lidt høj musik ved poolen om dagen, hvilken var lidt forstyrrende, men stranden er tæt på og var dejligt som afveksling. Ernesto er super sød og hjælpsom og hentede og bragte os til og fra lufthavnen. Derudover kom han med anbefalinger til gode oplevelser i Palermo centrum - det er nemt at komme derind med bus fra Mondello og det nød vi særligt om aftenen, når vejret var “køligt nok” til at opleve ting;-) Vi var overordnede meget tilfredse! Kan klart anbefales 🤗

We hebben genoten van onze week in de mooie villa. De tuin en het grote zwembad overtroffen onze verwachtingen. De accomodatie is heel ruim voor een groot gezelschap. Ook van de houtoven en de barbecue in de buitenkeuken hebben we met plezier gebruik gemaakt. De villa heeft een mooie authentieke sfeer en ligt dichtbij leuke plaatsen en mooie stranden. Wat ons betreft een aanrader!

Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber, er ist sehr fürsorglich und hat uns super bei allen Fragen unterstützt. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einer Traumhaften Lage, auf jeder Ebene mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Highlight ist der Private Zugang zum Meer. Der Pool bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Parkplätze sind im Grundstück vorhanden. Wir hatten einen VW Bus, ein Motorrad und ein kleines Mietauto dabei. (und Mountainbikes) Die nähe zum Flughafen war für uns sehr praktisch, weil wir mit der ganzen Familie dort waren und unsere Kinder zu verschiedenen Zeiten angereist sind. Ein eigenes Auto ist notwendig um Mobil zu sein. Für uns war es perfekt weil wir ca. 50 min ins Kletterparadies San Vito del Capo benötigten und auch mal nach Palermo fahren konnten. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Orten in West Sizilien sind mit <1Std. zu erreichen. das Wohngebiet ist sehr Ruhig und gepflegt und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Danke an Roberto

Nuccia est adorable, elle est à l’écoute et très attentive, avec toujours de petites attention. Malgré ma confusion lors de la réservation nuccia a été adorable!! Je recommande! Pour info la voiture est conseillé

Een stukje paradijs in Sicilië! Een heerlijk huisje om uit te rusten na allerlei leuke uitstapjes in de buurt. Het zwembad en het fenomenale zicht waren fantastisch, net zoals het bezoek van de kat & de schattige ezeltjes. Ute reageerde snel & was heel erg behulpzaam, alle restaurants die ze aanraad zijn een echte must! Als we nog eens terugkomen, zouden we niet twijfelen om hier terug te verblijven. Ute & haar huisje kregen meer sterren indien het kon!

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

Wir waren als Mädels Gruppe in der villa und haben uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was excellent. The location, condition of apartment and all the little extras, makes it easy to give this host 5 stars. Alberto was very responsive; even went out of his way, to help us with plans for activities; we felt like family. Thanks, Alberto . We hope to meet again.

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Salvatore! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie lag nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, obwohl sich eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe befindet. Wir haben uns dort jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Daniela, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Sie hatte sogar den Kühlschrank mit ein paar grundlegenden Lebensmitteln für uns gefüllt – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die unseren Start noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch der frühe Check-in und der spätere Check-out waren problemlos möglich – sehr entgegenkommend und entspannt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Daniela, Salvatore und das gesamte Team!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Top verblijf op top locatie in het centrum van Palermo. Het is schoon mooi ingericht en fijn dat je bij het appartement kan parkeren. We raden dit iedereen aan!

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio en buen estado como en las fotos. El anfitrion fue muy amable y respondía rápido cualquier duda. La ubicación está un poco alejada asi que hay que caminar y en general no hay mucho que hacer en la zona, sin embargo está muy bien y es un lugar tranquilo, bueno para descansar.

We just loved this place! Valeria and her father Aldo were delightful hosts, always at the ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is the entire second floor (American) of a large, elegant house facing the public part of the beach at Mondello--which meant that we simply walked out the door and into the ocean, bringing only our keys and towels. The cheerful sounds of the beach float up to the balcony, where we spent many hours watching the world go by. Yet it was peaceful and quiet at night because the street between the house and beach is entirely closed to car traffic June 3 to September 30. Tons of restaurants nearby, and a 20-25 minute drive to the centers of Palermo and to Monreale. After exploring each day we came home to evening swims. Note: this is a home with personality where a family was raised, not a sterile condo. We loved its homey vibe, lived-in quality, and generous space. Beds, AC, showers, kitchen were all clean and functioned well. Hope to be back soon!

Amazing place! It felt like home. Alessandro was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate any of our needs. Pictures show the beauty of the place: nice private terrace, spacious bedrooms and a nice new kitchen. A small bakery and a supermarket just around the corner was a nice benefit. 10min walk to the beach in a safe area. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatte drei sehr schöne Tage in Casa Limon. Werner ist hilfsbereiter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Kommunikation schon vor der Reise war super. Werner antwortet sehr schnell und gibt sehr genaue Infos. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Stadtmitte und der Strand sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar und man findet immer auf der Straße ein Parkplatz. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

We absolutely loved staying at Sebastiano and Rosa's air BnB. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Sebastiano was super responsive and quick at replying to messages and kindly allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The location was great for getting to places in Palermo and there are lovely restaurants and Gelateria's super near. We have an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Valeria è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile. E una padrona di casa attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, anche nei dettagli. La casa è perfetta nell'arredamento , negli spazi e la posizione è favolosa. Tutto assolutamente perfetto.

Could not recommend this beautiful Airbnb more! Was undoubtedly the best experience I’ve had. The apartment is more beautiful in real life and there is the sweetest little pathway down the beach 2 seconds from the apartment… We had coffee every morning at the little shop at the end of the road and spent our days at Casa Maje - a magical beach club run by very special people. Thank you so much Maria Teresa! This is a very special find and we will absolutely be back! For sure!

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊

Mondello nos resultó excelente ubicación para movernos desde allí en auto para conocer Palermo, Cefalù, san Vito lo capo y castelmare del golfo. El dpto es excelente, con todo lo que tiene una casa. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y muy bien recibidos. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, amplio y luminoso, con todas las comodidades (aire acondicionado muy bueno, cocina comoletisima, baño impecable todo a nuevo y el dormitorio amplio con una cama matrimonial excelente). Los anfitriones, Simón y Sabrina, son muy cálidos y siempre predispuestos. Nos consiguieron un estacionamiento de 24 hs y nos hicieron una recorrida en su auto por la ciudad de Mondello. Gracias Sabrina y Simón. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Esperamos poder volver en un futuro. Isabel y Marcelo. Argentina.
