Excellent stay in a beautiful home, surrounded by nature and snow. Lea was very reponsive and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful area and gorgeous home that is meticulously maintained! If you want a place to stay that is away from it all you can’t bear this home. It was very clean. There is Owls Head golf course just down the road which is beautiful with spectacular view and a great restaurant. There is a small grocery store very close in Mansonville along with a nice coffee shop and another great restaurant. Honestly just driving around the dirt roads in Mansonville, Potton and Highwater will literally take your breath away, the views are unmatched. There is plenty to do within 30-60 minutes (especially if you like the outdoors) but why would you ever want to leave this place. If you need somewhere to get away and clear your head look no further, this is it!

Nous sommes allés avec des amis et nos chiens pour une compétition canine à Brome et, l’emplacement , la maison ancestrale avec son cachet extraordinaire, la grande cour arrière avec le spa, la superbe galerie couverte qui fait la façade en plus du côté droit de la maison , etc…bref, tout était parfait et nous allons certainement y retourner l’an prochain ! Merci milles fois aux propriétaires qui ont étés disponibles rapidement pour une petite question à notre arrivée 🥰

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet ! Tout était clair, bien organisé pour qu'on s'y sentent comme chez soi. L'endroit est magnifique et d'un calme complet. Nous reviendrons assurément !

This cute lake cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy everything the lake and area has to offer. We watched sunsets, star gazed (saw the Milky Way), enjoyed the boats that were available to use and mainly hung out on the sun porch that had great views of the lake.

We were in a bind and couldn’t get to our house in the evening of our arrival. David was amazing and very quick to respond. He helped us find the house easily and was very helpful for the whole weekend! I highly recommend David and this property!

Great location near biking trails, hikes, and the lakes in the region. The cottage is very cozy and peaceful, and incredibly well stocked for cooking meals and welcoming dogs. The view from the yard is also beautiful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic cottage! Gorgeous, private and peaceful location, with easy access to Mont Sutton and the village. The cottage is beautifully renovated, with a large open living space. Wat een mooi licht huis met uitzicht op bos en rivier, zelfs vanuit het bed. We hadden een korte mindere start doordat de schoonmaakster niet het juiste bedlinnen klaar gelegd voor het 3de bed, de bbq deed het niet en er stond vieze vaat in de kast. Waarom dan toch 5 sterren? Kate loste het snel en goed op. Dank je wel! En het huis was gewoon geweldig! Hier had ik zo graag langer willen blijven. Technisch mooie materialen, uitgebreide keuken, goed groot bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's place. The cabin was so cute with lots of thoughtful features with a well-equipped kitchen. The location on the pond was beautiful and we enjoyed having our coffee/meals looking out at it. We didn't have the best weather while there but still had a great time with our pup. On the last day the weather cleared and we were able to take the canoe out on the pond and even saw a bald eagle and got a loon "concert". Robert provided very helpful information and was super responsive. Would 100% recommend this place.

Miriam's place was just the getaway we needed. The cottage has everything necessary to enjoy our stay, cooking supplies, utensils, and supplies in general. The lake was amazing and serene, SUPs were put to good use and the swimming proved to be quite refreshing. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. We will definitely go back if we find ourselves in the same neck of the woods.

Chantal’s place is nicely appointed and very comfortable. The house is nestled in the quaint little village of Knowlton, which is the inspiration used for the setting in Louise Penny’s series of murder mystery novels. It was great fun eating and shopping in and around the town we imagined to be the village of Three Pines from the books. This is a perfect place to stay for all you fans coming to do the Louise Penny tour.

Karen and Dean were great hosts. The place was just as nice as the pictures portray it to be. The house is located on a working farm. There were sheep right next to the house, and we even got to see the horses one morning when leaving. It is out in the country and was a beautiful setting. My wife and I had a very busy itinerary, so we did not get to embrace all the charm the place had to offer and I regret that as some down time would have been nice. If we are back in the area, we would 100% stay there again. Thank you Karen and Dean for making your place available.

The cottage on Joes Pond was well furnished, super clean and equipped with everything needed! (Bring a bag of ice) Cottage was 100 steps to the lakefront/dock and the pergola on the lawn was a perfect spot to sit in the shade and watch the grandkids jumping off the dock. We tied the kids floaties and my brothers’ kayak to the dock and the “pond playground” was complete! The outdoor deck facing the lake was large and well furnished including a propane grill. Plenty of comfortable beds and space for everyone. The girls fell in love with the neighbors goldens and voila, they had a swimming partner. Very comfortable and Susan/Jeff were great hosts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Elmore Cottage; it met all of our expectations for a serene stay with beautiful lake views and spectacular foliage. The cottage was very comfortable and peaceful, with direct and easy access to the lake (for canoeing and swimming). The cottage is also directly adjacent to Elmore State Park, where there is nice hiking to the peak of Mount Elmore. Debra was super helpful with terrific recommendations for food and cocktails, and with any questions we had about the property and local activities. Would definitely recommend!

Chalet idéalement placé !! A seulement qq minutes de marche des commerces et de la rue principale donc très pratique. Rue et logement très calme avec une très belle vue sur les monts enneigés 😍 Foyer intérieur qui réchauffe bien le salon...bois en masse à disposition. La literie était très bonne. Je conseille vivement cette location 👍

What a beautiful quaint guest house. The home is gorgeously furnished and decorated with comfortable antique furniture. The sloping eaves give it the feel of an old time ski chalet. There's several comfortable nooks to curl up with a good book or sit by the hearthstone stove. Very warm and cozy - which is important in northern Vermont! It's on a dirt road, like 80% of Vermont roads, so be prepared for an adventure. The location is very quiet. Excellent internet service. Carol is a great host. She did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Best of all, in early May, we had daffodils and hummingbirds!

Nous avons adoré notre Semaine de relâche au Jayview avec les enfants. Nous avons skié à Bromont, Sutton, Orford et Owls Head et boudé Jay peak qui est à proximité. Nous avons également profité de la patinoire du village qui est réfrigérée, l’horaire était sur le frigo très pratique 😉 Le chalet est super, on s’est senti comme à la maison. Il est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Les lits sont confortables et les salles de bains attenantes très propres. La mud room facilitait l’arrivé avec les enfants et était super pour faire sécher les vêtements de ski. Nous avons rapporté quelques idées pour la maison 😊 Communication très simple et proactive avec Ariane. Merci encore

Anna's place was very comfortable, we felt right at home, the living area is very nice, the kitchen is particularly well furbished and the garden is beautiful. Anna always replied right away when we wrote to her. Unfortunately for us the weather was terrible and we asked for an early check in , and later for a late check out, each time in order to be able to have lunch at the place, but we did not ask soon enough and it has not been possible. So if you plan for a extra meal at the cottage, be organized and ask in advance.
