Holiday rentals in Sevid

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! It was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and perfect for a group of friends. The location by the beach and the private pool made it feel like a true escape. Anamarija and her family were incredibly kind and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and escape the hustle of the big city. We truly hope to come back one day!

We loved our time at Rosa’s house! Everything in the house was clean and new that even double-checked if we are the first tenants ever :) the fridge was full with many foods, which was were surprising and convenient: cheeses, meets, bred, fruits, milk etc. The sea is crystal clear and the sky is full of stars at night, olive and citrus trees give shade and calmness… great relaxing atmosphere. It is a slight challenge to drive up and down to the house, but it is expected if you want to stay close to the seashore. When you master it, there are plenty of store and restaurants in the nearby towns, Split and Krka are in less than 1 hour drive.

Egy hetet töltöttünk a családommal (2 és 3 éves kisgyerekkel és egy kamasszal). Minden nagyik szuper volt!!! Vinka hűtött lakással várt minket. A hűtőben bekészített nekünk vacsorára valót, frissen sült zsemlével készült és egy üveg borral is :) A lakás nagyon kényelmes volt 5 főnek. Tiszta,rendezett és maximálisan felszerelt volt (tv,klíma,ventillátor stb), a konyhában minden megtalálható volt (melegszendvicssütő, mikró, habverő…). A hét folyamán még kedveskedett nekünk finom süteménnyel is Vinka 😘 Távozáskor pedig kis sajátkészítésű édességgel köszönt el. Mindent nagyon szépen köszönünk! Csodálatos, figyelmes, kedves vendéglátó Vinka! Csak ajánlani tudom! A part nagyon jó volt, közel volt,nem voltak sokan. Kellemes, nyugodt hely Sevid.

La maison est incroyablement bien située ! Nous étions vraiment en bord de mer, emplacement parfait avec les enfants qui pouvaient passer de la piscine à la mer en 1 min ! La maison était parfaite, chacun avait son espace. C’était parfait ! De plus, il y a de nombreuses activités à faire aux alentours et de jolies villes à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Tolles kleines aber feines Haus, auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und fühlte sich auf Anhieb wohl. Irena hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen! Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, dieser ist sehr sauber und ohne viele Menschen, auch hier konnte unser Hund mit schwimmen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!

Our host was quick to respond and give us clear instructions how to check in. His housekeeper Jelena was waiting for us and she show us place and give us clear instructions where to park. She was very professional and friendly. Our place was extremely clean with breathtaking views. Apartment was supplied with everything you may need and more. It was updated and modern. It is located in small town with very friendly people. There is no grocery store in Ljubljeva but Marina has one and it is only 15 minutes drive. Im Ljbljeva you can buy fresh bakery products every morning around 10 am from a delivery truck. There’s a beautiful beach just down the stairs, It is very private not crowded. Water is cristal clear and swimming very enjoyable. We meet Konstantin on our check out day and he was very friendly and professional. We absolutely loved our stay at Konstantin’s place and Ljubljeva. FYI there is a lot of stairs from street to apartment and also from apartment down to the beach.

Sehr nette Vermieter , sprechen gut Englisch, kümmern sich sehr zuvorkommend, haben tolle Tips für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, verschiedene Strände, nette und günstige Bootsvermietungen. Wir bekamen alle Infos die wir benötigten! Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich. Alles so wie in der Anzeige zu sehen und beschrieben, es sind Handtücher in allen Größen vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und Klammern, Staubsauger usw usw. Der Pool ist toll! Auf Nachfrage der Vermieter den Pool zu reinigen kamen sie direkt am nächsten Morgen und brachten ungefragt neue Poolhandtücher mit. Wer es ruhig und gemütlich mag ist hier absolut richtig!

Hallo, der Anfahrtsweg sowie die letzten "Fußmeter" bis zur Unterkunft sind ein wenig abenteuerlich bzw. anstrengend. Die traumhafte Sicht auf die Mittelmeerbucht sowie die absolute Ruhe entschädigen dafür um ein Vielfaches !!! Hier kann man sich richtig "erden" und die Abgeschiedenheit genießen. Die Versorgung mit Strom und Wasser erfolgt autark. Die Dusche im Freien ist ein Traum ! (innen gibt's aber auch eine, wurde von uns aber nie genutzt) Sonnige Grüße C+S
