Villa holiday rentals in Sète

We had a wonderful stay at the casa. The house and its exteriors are even more pleasant than in the photos, the details are very neat, it feels like home. The pool is fabulous! An outdoor shower is available, which is perfect for hygiene. We are a 5-minute drive from the beach, 5 minutes from the center of Vias, 15-20 minutes from Cap d'Agde (bikes are also available). Melanie was very responsive and available. You can feel through the decoration of the house and in the exchanges that the hosts are open and caring. A welcome booklet was waiting for us when we arrived with a lot of advice and special touches (candies, hair ties, drinks). We were a family of 6 and everyone was able to find their place and have their space, we recommend 100% the accommodation that appealed to young and old.

Our stay at Pierre's went extremely well! We were a family with children to live there for several days and found the house very pleasant to live in, warm and spacious. The small garden area/outdoor terrace is very nice as well as the beautiful glass window on the greenery. Pierre is a very welcoming and warm host. We would highly recommend this place to other guests!!

We felt at home! Christel is a friendly host and the house is wonderful. It is lovingly furnished and in great condition. Homes like Christel make vacations memorable. A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

Lovely little house, well decorated, clean and nice. Very well located in Marseillan, everything is within walking distance and the street is quiet. We had booked it to accommodate our friends who enjoyed it perfectly. Everything is very clean and functional. Thanks to François for her pleasant and helpful answers. The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

We had a great multi-generational family holiday in Neffies. The villa was excellent for 6 adults and 4 kids, with large open plan living and perfect gardens and pool. Every ground floor bedroom has patio doors onto the garden and poolside which was lovely. Star-gazing at 11pm was magical. This is well-equipped villa with 2 full kitchens, plenty of sofas, variety of dining tables for shade or sun and a lovely games room with table football/darts/board games/indoor archery. Pool also has inflatables/noodles/floats provided.

We had a great time at Marie-Anne's! The house is very well suited to meet friends. Many spaces and activities (billiards, ping pong, darts, swimming pool, pétanque...) that make it possible to occupy young and old, even in rainy weather! On the night side, it's very functional, with a room where all the children were able to sleep together and create memories. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality 🫶🏼

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Great place:) ideally located quiet and close to everything! There are all the necessary equipment (kitchen,bedding,games,...) I recommend it blindly for a family holiday:)

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Simply awesome!! Christophe took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He is very welcoming and friendly. the accommodation was really clean, very well equipped and functional (1 bathroom per room!!!) the rooms are quite independent from each other and from the living room. the bedding is great. several lounge areas are available to sit even better than in the photos!! the value for money is truly unrivaled. in short, if you are still hesitating, this is the right choice!!

Very good welcome by Chantal who takes the time to give a tour of the villa and gives more information about the shops around, how to go to the beach, etc ... The villa is very pleasant, comfortable, and very clean; it is located in a closed and quiet residential group, made up of small islets which make it safe for children. The proximity to the beaches within walking distance as well as two bus lines to Sète are assets for this villa - except for shopping, there is no need to use your car. Note the presence of bicycles available with the rental;

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

The house was perfect for hosting my sister's EVJF, it was spacious, well-equipped and above all the view with the pool was very pleasant. The host was also very accommodating with arrival and departure times.

Great place, the villa is spacious, comfortable, it feels good. Nothing is missing, it is very well equipped, well arranged and with a beautiful decoration. It is possible to park in front of the house. The tram is close by. Communication with Ludovic was fluid! To be redone

We stayed for a week at this great villa for a week. Everything was perfect and even beyond our expectations. The villa, the setting, the amenities, the pool…. A big thank you to our host also who contacted us to organize everything before our arrival, responsive when we have questions or needs. We'll be back very soon, that's for sure.
