A renovated fuste, splendid! Or how to combine the charm of the old with modern comfort while being eco-friendly! All in a magical environment: for us it was autumn and its flamboyant larch forest, orange yellow fireworks, first snow that sprinkles the highest peaks, rivers and lakes begin to freeze and very few people during this time. A superb success for Justine and Mathieu, whom we thank for their warm welcome. Don't miss out!

Several words come to mind after this stay: Calm, Serenity, Nature, Peace. Come and recharge your batteries and take a deep breath of fresh air in an Emme cottage. Justine and Mathieu are very friendly and are there to recommend hikes, shops nearby. We keep this Airbnb among our favorites and will definitely come back 😀

We stayed at the Villa for a week, and time suddenly started to slow down. Stop by a poem. We were 8 bipeds and 2 quadrupeds, and if I spoke dog language, I'd swear maybe they had a lot of fun, too. Everyone had their own spaces, the boys made them the attic and the cigar room (we called it that way), little Viola and I occupied the embroidery room (ours imputation) to read and draw. The garden of dogs and 4 adults for forty scale tournaments, naps, sunbathing and grilling. Elisabetta's Villa has only one big problem...when you go, you never wanting to leave again. Elisabetta is very kind, very nice, as well as Angela (the butter and her take have increased the score). Our stay was unforgettable, and today we returned home in silence…each one with a little piece of heart left in Pialpetta.

I came with my family already last year because I wanted to be close to the mountain. This home combines well-being, calm, and freshness. It is itself extremely elegant and valuable. We love the surrounding area where refreshing streams contribute to wellness. And then it's Italy and restaurants, the beautiful language Thank you Chiara and Giuseppe See you soon Valerie and Family.

Great location Great welcome We had a great holiday Ideal house for up to eight people. Ideal for people with disabilities, no steps. A stone's throw from the center and 4 from the sea.

We had a great time staying with justine and Mathieu's house! The location is ideal for taking a breath of fresh air in the Queyras. The well-equipped cottage is completely refurbished and is lovely. Time to put things down and unpack the groceries and you feel right at home. Justine communicates very responsive and is available for any questions and advice, the welcome was warm. We don't recommend too much, we want to be sure to have room for our next stays;)

a beautiful house located away from the town, but close enough to walk in for its great restaurants shops are close which make it easy and loads of room to cook and eat in the kitchen and outside. we used the house as a base for cycling and it was really easy to get to some great iconic rides very quick. highly recommend, with the host quick to respond and provide flexibility where appropriate

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality, the truly beautiful old villa, the tastefully furnished apartment, the sweet hospitable people who live there and the affectionate dogs and pony: in one word a fantastic experience.

We were 3 families gathered at Andreas lovely place. The 3 apartments made it possible to be together on vacation and at the same time have their own. The outdoor area with the dining table and the lovely pool area is really good. Andrea is a fantastic helpful and welcoming host who gave good and useful feedback on our inquiries. However, you should be aware that there is no air conditioning, so warm nights can occur. Sere di Sosta has my very clear recommendation.

Super nice place! Would love to go back. Big home with lots of fun stuff for little ones. Conveniently located close enough to multiple ski resorts. Anne and Thimotée were very responsive and helpful.

We spent the June 2nd long weekend at the villa! The accommodation was wonderful and with all the related comforts, it is a villa cared for down to the last detail! The villa is isolated from the chaos, wonderful silence and freedom! The communication was really effective and the owners were super helpful!
