It was an incredible stay. João's space exudes tranquility. Located a few meters from the water, fun is always guaranteed if you are a fan of water sports. Paradise! a haven of peace, surrounded by the river, nature. An absolutely beautiful and comfortable home. We really refreshed ourselves and our 3-day stay at Paula's was our best experience in Portugal. The surroundings are splendid: the small shale villages, the countryside, Coimbra, the houses of the surrounding villages, the gardens. We plan to come back one day, it's a house that creates memories!

Good WiFi speed (for you remote workers out there), huge place, had all the amenities and even coffee pods and shampoo, located inside an apartment complex within a shopping mall so there’s quick access to groceries and food. Car rental place right next door is best deal in leiria

An excellent house, in a wild place but full of charms! A stream close to the house where dogs can get wet, a dam on the homestead, wonderful bread, helpful and friendly people who made it easy…. A place to come back to!! We traveled with two large dogs that were accepted without hesitation, we were pampered and spent some memorable days. About the house… beautiful! Filipa's house seemed very cozy to us, it has a super nice attic and a spectacular terrace with stunning views, it is very bright and in the mornings and the evenings cold enough, the area has a very good weather. The residential is super quiet and has a pool,in addition to 10 minutes there is a river beach with all kinds of services, a bar, wc, kayak and a pool on the river!!! One of the days we went hiking to the convent do cristo de Tomar, a visit that is definitely worth a fantastic vacation.

Sara is an amazing host - always available and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need, far more than we expected! She stocked the kitchen generously with coffee, juice, water, olive oil, salt, fresh fruit, and even offered us a bottle of wine. I was working remotely during our stay, and the internet worked perfectly. There's a lovely balcony off the living room, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the afternoon sun. The private parking spot is a bit tight, but there are always public spots available nearby. A supermarket is within walking distance, as is Pataias Lake. The area is peaceful, with the sound of birds in the background, perfect for unwinding or working in a calm, scenic setting. Sara was incredibly kind and even allowed us a late check-out on our last day. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation, well equipped. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Be careful, vacation homes are under construction nearby, causing some noise disturbances but this should not last. Host not very responsive in communication but always responds to messages in the end. I recommend.

We had a brilliant time at Canto Do Zêzere - the house is really clean, spacious and comfortable, and the lakeside location is absolutely stunning. Boating on the lake was a highlight! We would definitely come back again.
