Holiday rentals with lake access in Santarém District

We were a group of friends spend a weekend and loved it! The house is amazing to spend time in groups quite comfortably. The photographs do not live, live the house has a different energy fueled by the incredible view of the Bode Castle Dam, with incredible sunrise and sunsets. The swimming pool is great and well served with the annex where it has the barbecue and which also serves as a seating area. we will definitely return:)

The location of the apartment is exactly as I had hoped - in a peaceful, quiet area and within a walkable distance to local supermarkets (including Aldi & Lidl). There were a couple of incidents (one of which was totally unforeseeable), but both of these were dealt with immediately by ‘Victoria’ who manages the property for Julien. Victoria was excellent. The only slight negative, as I’m a very light sleeper, was the thinness of the dividing walls. You can hear the neighbours moving around. They are extremely quiet after about 8:00pm, but when the family gets up at 6:45am to get the kids to school, the noise starts. It does, however, go quiet again about an hour later. If you sleep like a log, this won’t be an issue for you. Other than that, the surrounding area is stunning. Access to the North to places such as Lisbon, Nazaré, Peniche is easy (with a hire car). The same applies to Setubal and Sesimbra to the South.

Perfect for those looking for a few peaceful days to disconnect. Heitor and Bernardina are fantastic, they help with anything that is needed and we feel at home. These days were fantastic and we hope to return.

We love our stay! The house is beautiful and cosy. Just a little cold, but with heaters in every room and fireplace to keep us warm in winter. The super friendly and friendly hosts, we feel at home! The village is very welcoming and the perfect starting point for a getaway to the discovery of the treasures of the high Alentejo! ❤️

The location is spectacular. Great for those who want to just relax and enjoy nature, from enjoying the morning sun with a beautiful landscape to enjoying the starry night sky. The house has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you to Francisco who was always available for whatever it took.

It was an incredible stay. João's space exudes tranquility. Located a few meters from the water, fun is always guaranteed if you are a fan of water sports. Good WiFi speed (for you remote workers out there), huge place, had all the amenities and even coffee pods and shampoo, located inside an apartment complex within a shopping mall so there’s quick access to groceries and food. Car rental place right next door is best deal in leiria

An excellent house, in a wild place but full of charms! A stream close to the house where dogs can get wet, a dam on the homestead, wonderful bread, helpful and friendly people who made it easy…. A place to come back to!! We traveled with two large dogs that were accepted without hesitation, we were pampered and spent some memorable days. About the house… beautiful! Rustic, well framed, comfortable, clean, well equipped. A true pearl to discover. Thank you Patricia and other colleagues…. Well done!

Filipa's house seemed very cozy to us, it has a super nice attic and a spectacular terrace with stunning views, it is very bright and in the mornings and the evenings cold enough, the area has a very good weather. The residential is super quiet and has a pool,in addition to 10 minutes there is a river beach with all kinds of services, a bar, wc, kayak and a pool on the river!!! One of the days we went hiking to the convent do cristo de Tomar, a visit that is definitely worth a fantastic vacation.

Sara is an amazing host - always available and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need, far more than we expected! She stocked the kitchen generously with coffee, juice, water, olive oil, salt, fresh fruit, and even offered us a bottle of wine. I was working remotely during our stay, and the internet worked perfectly. There's a lovely balcony off the living room, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the afternoon sun. The private parking spot is a bit tight, but there are always public spots available nearby. A supermarket is within walking distance, as is Pataias Lake. The area is peaceful, with the sound of birds in the background, perfect for unwinding or working in a calm, scenic setting. Sara was incredibly kind and even allowed us a late check-out on our last day. Highly recommended!

Everything was super great! We rest a lot. They were flexible with check-in time flexible. I would return.

Very nice accommodation, well equipped. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Be careful, vacation homes are under construction nearby, causing some noise disturbances but this should not last. Host not very responsive in communication but always responds to messages in the end. I recommend.

I liked it a lot, I don't know if I noticed the only thing I would add would be AC and table lamp

We had a fantastic stay, we even booked a few more days. Upon arrival, Maria cleaned the pool completely for us and we received delicious homemade honey and fresh eggs. The location is quiet in the middle of nature. We went for a walk several times and went running a few times. The house stays cool even when it is hot (warmest day 35 degrees). Cottage has all the comforts and clean. There are several small villages in the area that are nice to visit.

Host always available to respond and very beautiful surrounding area.

We had a brilliant time at Canto Do Zêzere - the house is really clean, spacious and comfortable, and the lakeside location is absolutely stunning. Boating on the lake was a highlight! We would definitely come back again.
