From the beginning, she responded to messages promptly and was very attentive. The apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the pool as well. I really liked the space , the room was cozy and clean and the location very good The only problem is that the pool that should be heated as well as jacuzzi and ofurô the water was not hot and at no time was it informing the staff that it was having trouble in this pool

Luiz's house is super cozy, comfortable and ideal for families. When we arrived, it was impeccably clean, organized, fragrant and very well equipped. It is perfect for children, with plenty of space to play. The playground and the court are very close, which makes it much easier for children to have fun safely and freely. In front of the house, there is a lake with beautiful ducks that make mornings even more special. It's a delight to have a coffee while enjoying the view. We spent delicious days as a family and we will certainly return, as we felt at home. Luiz was very helpful from the beginning of our stay, he welcomed us with affection and left everything prepared with great care. Besides, we need several indications, such as: pharmacies, restaurants and tours and Luiz is always quick and helps us. Whoever wants to, go and see! We had a wonderful holiday, Dona Maria and her husband are extremely expectant people. The tea we found everything better in person. We had a great time at Denise's farm. The place puts you in touch with nature and has a great structure. Denise was very kind throughout the stay. The kids loved it.

The stay at Felipe's house exceeded expectations. The sensational house, with everything organized, feeling of well-being and security because it is inside the residential condominium. Extremely clean, spacious house, great for those who go some day to Thermas Hot World of Águas de Lindóia, as the condominium has access that it is possible to walk. The house has everything that is necessary, I went to a family of 5 people and it was very good to rest, get to know the nearby cities and enjoy the environment of the property. Felipe is extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend!

Amazing place, with very well-kept and spacious outdoor area. The heated pool provides its use all the time, mainly by children. The beautiful view of nature became even more impressive with the arrival of toucans!! Everything is very good!! Marcel was very requested and fast whenever we need it.
