Casa perfeita para uma estada tranquila , a piscina é fabulosa, local incrível com um belo café da manhã, fazenda com uvas e olivas!!! Inesquecível, certamente vale a pena voltar!!!

L'appartamentino si trova al primo piano all'interno deI residence Alimini 2, ha 3 ambienti separati 1 bagno con doccia ed un cucinino tutto molto pratico e funzionale, 2 letti a castello ed uno matrimoniale quindi fino a 6 persone ci stanno comodamente. C'è inoltre un bellissimo ed ampio balcone con tavolino e sedie, dove è d'obbligo prendersi un caffè e fare due chiacchiere in famiglia al calare del sole o al mattino e se avete un cane gradira' molto questo spazio esterno. Il residence è molto bello, ben organizzato e soprattutto pulito, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamentino include inoltre il posto auto assegnato proprio dietro l'alloggio, percui comodissimo, la struttura è sorvegliata H24 da personale alla sbarra percui custodito. Distanza dal mare? 100 mtr attraverso un sentiero che taglia la vegetazione, bellissimo. Il mare è favoloso e la spiaggia pure insomma 1 settimana è volata. Ringrazio inoltre la padrone di casa Silvia molto cordiale e disponibile.

We had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s place! It is located in a quiet and local area about a 10-minute walk from the old town, making it the perfect location for Lecce. The place is spacious with plenty of amenities - full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in the living room. The bed was comfortable and we had great night sleeps with the fan. The best part had to be the pool and outdoor area! We loved breaking up the hot days with a couple hours in the pool each day. We stayed there as a couple but there was plenty of space for a big family or friends. The bonus was having accessible parking outside the house - while not part of the property, we had no trouble finding some each day. The hosts had fantastic communication too, making check-in seamless and were always happy to answer any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again if we were in Lecce in the future!

DasObjekt ist genauso wie beschrieben: als Tiny Haus etwas beengt, aber räumlich genial gelöst, und der Außenbereich ist eine sehr gelungene Erweiterung. Der Garten ist ein Traum, wie auch der Weg zum Meer. Mehr Natur geht nicht. Und Nicola ist überaus hlfsbereit: als einmal das Wifi versagte, hat er sofort eine neue Box besorgt. Am Strand kann man für 15€ einen Schirm mit 2 Liegen anmieten, und 10 Minuten südlich davon ist ein ausgezeichnetes Strandrestaurant.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb mit einem wunderschönen großen Garten. Der Gastgeber war äußerst hilfsbereit und die Außenduschen waren eine tolle Besonderheit. Ein Auto ist jedoch notwendig, um die Gegend gut erkunden zu können.

Um es in einem Wort zusammenzufassen: wundervoll! Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, es ist ganz offensichtlich sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe geplant und eingerichtet worden, die absolut ruhige Lage in dem Olivenhain ist einfach wunderschön und es ist der perfekte Ort, um das gesamte Salento mit seinen schönen Örtchen, Städten und den nicht minder schönen Stränden und Küsten zu erkunden oder auch um in vollständiger Ruhe zu relaxen und den Garten zu genießen. Und wenn man Glück hat, so kann man bei einem Spaziergang in den Abendstunden einen der namensgebenden Füchse treffen… Einen herzlichen Dank an die perfekte Gastgeberin Lorenza und an Niceta, der sich vor Ort zuverlässig um alles kümmert und uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet hat, dass wir eine so schöne Zeit in ihrem kleinen Paradies erleben durften!

We loved this place in between sea and pine forest, tucked away at the edge of the village. Coffee outside looking a sea and forest was a treat. The friendliness of the older couple owners was special. They live next door in the summer months. The place is private and you can park right outside the door. The beaches are rocky around there, though there is a bit of town beach it’s better to drive out to the Bay of Turks. There are a few restaurants very close. A few minutes walk. Some walks around the cliffs. Otranto is a lovely city nearby. The apartment is very well appointed. Nice bathroom, good bed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

We had a great time - awesome furniture and super Italian. We loved it and would book it again. Great communication, kind host and just an amazing place.
