L’ appartement est très confortable, calme et propre. Situé à quelques minutes de la Gare et tout ce fait à pied. Endroit très facile d’accès et sécuritaire. Valentine était très proactive et très accueillante. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation. Merci à vous deux.

An overnight stay. Christiane was there to greet us as well as on our departure. The apartment was small but sufficient, and clean. Excellent, fast, clear communication from Christiane and always done with a huge smile and kind laughter.

Très bel appartement, belle décoration, très bien équipé et de belle qualité .La vue sur la mer et les Pyrénées est magnifique, la terrasse est immense et le jacuzzi est un grand plus. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par une personne sur place qui nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. De plus il est à quelques mètres de la plage, qui peut être rejoint à pied très facilement.

un cocon sur les toits de Montpellier. cet appartement est juste parfait. literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain belle et agréable. il est baigné de lumière et la terrasse est spacieuse et meublée confortablement. tout se fait à pied, l'emplacement est idéal. je recommande +++, nous reviendrons.

Fred’s apartment is something truly special. The pictures don’t do it justice, you have to see it in person and feel the breeze that sweeps through the house when the windows are thrown wide open. We loved every minute staying here and would love to come back. Everything in the historic center is walkable and every little street and alley is another adventure to explore. The Jardin Des Plantes (10 minute walk past the mini Arch de Triomphe) was a favorite of ours. We visited twice. And Fred was a fabulous host. He was there to greet us and walk us through the property. It was a very warm welcome. I can’t say enough. Thank you so much, Fred. We loved it.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Small as expected, but had everything you might want. Great location with free parking nearby. Short walk to great bars, restaurants and sightseeing. Thank you Huan for your great communication and a great place to stop over in Beziers.

In short, this beachside apartment was everything we hoped for—quiet, beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing. We’d happily return for a longer stay next time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the sea, whether you’re a couple, a solo traveler, or bringing along a furry friend. The apartment was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Though it’s a small place, it had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calming—simple, yet with charming personal touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was well-equipped. One thing we really appreciated was how pet-friendly the apartment was. Not every place is open to dogs, but here we felt completely welcome with ours.

Notre séjour a été parfait, encore merci aux conseils et à l’accueil de Régis qui est un hôte irréprochable, disponible, chaleureux et de bon conseil de visite aux alentours du logement. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage à Coursan.

Superbe villa aussi bien intérieure qu extérieure . Moderne et très bien équipée. Tout est judicieusement penser pour passer un agréable séjour autour de la piscine et de la cuisine extérieure. Tout était parfait.

Het was geweldig! De accommodatie voelt luxueus aan en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het strand, winkels en restaurants zijn op 50 a 100m. De woning heeft een buitenruimte die ingesloten zit tussen appartementen en andere tuinen, waardoor je rustig buiten kan zitten. Alles is afgesloten zodat ook kleine kindjes kunnen buiten spelen zonder problemen.

Lovely peaceful retreat, pool was great. Marseillon is a lovely place and only a few minutes walk away. Reliable buses to Marseillon Plage, Sete and Bezier, great for day trips.

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée et ultra confortable. La piscine est un vrai petit coin de paradis. Un grand merci aux propriétaires et à la concierge pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité, toujours disponibles à la moindre demande. Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable, tout était réuni pour des vacances de rêve. On reviendra avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passé merveilleux sejour dans ce logement, très bon rapport qualité prix , une vue direct sur la mer, les enfants aussi ont adorées, nous reviendrons dès ue possible. Famille Beretta.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!
