Sequoia A-frame Nirvana: Modern + Views + Hot Tub

AtulRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We just wrapped up a weekend here and, honestly, the place blew us away. Place was pretty clean, It’s laid-out cozy walk in and it smells like fresh pine. We had really latte made in cafe machine, Up in the loft, the bed sits below a massive triangular window that looks straight into the treetops which is beautiful and there’s even a projector for movie nights. We cooked almost every meal in the well-stocked kitchen, and after dark we headed to the deck, fired up the grill, and chilled around the fire table with drinks in hand. Tons of nearby trails to oak forests, pines, and the famous 100 Giants Trail all close by.

King’s X Cabin a private, romantic getaway

ZoeRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting some national parks nearby. The hosts were friendly and greeted us when we arrived. They were kind enough to leave some water and snacks in the home and the property was quiet and secluded. There was also a lot of information on local spots and attractions. Lots of wildlife to see around the property! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

Enchanting Sequioa Tree House with Hot-Tub

YevhenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a great stay! The house has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the location is incredibly quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub, they made our evenings extra special. There’s also a store, a bar, and a gas station nearby, which was very convenient. The view from the house is beautiful too! A couple of things to keep in mind: Sequoia National Park is about a 2-hour drive away, and as other guests mentioned, the beds could be better — the frames are smaller than the mattresses and quite squeaky, which made it a bit tricky to sleep comfortably. Also, the house itself is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it!

The Sierra Home

NatalieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a fantastic time with a group of 8. The house is beautiful and spacious. Huge living room windows with views of mountains and trees, a deck that makes you feel like you’re above trees with a fire pit for s’mores and cold nights, a huge comfy couch for movie nights. They had every amenity we needed, including a coffee bean grinder and everything we needed for cooking. We were close to hikes like Trail of 100 Giants, Packsaddle Cave, Quaking Aspen Loop. Denis was super responsive throughout our stay. We already want to go back!

Perfection: Private Giant Sequoias, 100 Mile Views

MichaelRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Absolutely stunning. From the pictures and description, I thought there was no way it could be that good, but it actually blew away my expectations. Beautiful location, views, and scenery. I will be coming here every single year moving forward. It had everything I was looking for and more. If you want to escape the city and connect with nature, you will have a hard time finding a better place than this. Also, the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole trip. Thanks and see you next time!

Cabin In The Woods- hot tubbing yes, demons no

JacobRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Gabby was a fantastic host and was so kind with all of the amazing recommendations. We loved our cozy stay at Cabin Grim before going into our strenuous couple days of backpacking. Wanted to note, we did book with plans of visiting Sequoia National Park and did not realize how lengthy the drive would be (3 hours each way) which was a fault of our own lol. It was a very scenic drive and we loved the area!

Trout River Cabin - Cozy Quiet Peaceful Retreat

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely loved staying here. It was so peaceful and welcoming. I spent every morning on the deck drinking my coffee and enjoying the sound of the river. My daughter would run outside to the tree swing first thing every day. The cabin was even better than what it looked like in the photos. The perfect getaway that we all needed. Don’t forget the bug spray though…you’ll want to be able to enjoy the outdoors

Isaaks Trails End Cabin Retreat in Pine Flat

Michael & SharonRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a nice 2-night stay. Beds were comfortable. Showers worked well. Kitchen well stocked. We bought all groceries we would need in Bakersfield. There is a small grocery/restaurant very close, but we didn't go in. It's a nice 45 minute drive to the closest site in Sequoia: Trail of 100 Giants. The only issue (and it is general to the area and not specific to this cabin) is that there is no cell service in the area. Coming from the west, we lost it about Ducor, and didn't regain it until we returned to that point. Just be aware in case you need to communicate with anyone by means other than through WiFi at the cabin (which worked fine). The specific issue I had was that text-based or cell-call two-factor authentication is not possible.

SplitRock Cabin, Ponderosa. A Log Cabin Paradise!

BrandonRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Fantastic stay. What a beautiful location and enjoyable experience. Cleanly, helpful instructions on winter set-up, all amenities, and even better location surrounded by trees. Great place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun and trees and head back out at night to star-gaze. Would love to come back and visit some of the nearby trails during spring/summer.

Amazing Views * 2 Game Rooms * EV Charger

EdwardRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place is fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Bedrooms are large with comfortable mattresses. Bathrooms also spacious and updated. Living room sofa and TV can fit a large group and super comfy to watch a movie and lounge. Kids game room, pool table, shuffleboard and outdoor games were a huge hit for us. Kept the kids occupied. Grill and fire pit also great. Kitchen was large and very well stocked. Giant pantry as well. Deck with beautiful views. Close to several restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. Also close to Sequoia entrance - 6 miles - and 10 minutes from Kaweah Lake. Little hard to find so follow Michelle’s instructions vs Apple Maps. We ended up in the wrong driveway first. Would definitely stay here again.

Historic Cabin—Walk to Big Tree—In Kings Canyon NP

LorraineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely fell in love with this cabin!! It is so adorable, and you can just feel the history of Wilsonia as soon as you pull up to the cabin. The "take a drink/share a drink" fridge on the porch is such a great welcome, not to mention the lovely bottle of wine and note greeting us once we went inside. The kitchen was very well stocked and the house was super clean! The stairs, as noted by the host, are steep - we expected that. Keep that in mind when deciding how heavy to pack your luggage! :D Loved the sleeping porch (so quaint!) and the outdoor eating area. All of the decorations were so interesting and added to the historic feel. The location can't be beat!!! Super close to Grant Grove/Kings Canyon and only a little over an hour away from Moro Rock/General Sherman Tree. You can't get a closer location than actually being IN the park! It was just perfect. We wish we could have stayed another night and highly recommend this cabin. What a gem. Thank you!!!

Benjamin's Riverside Hideaway

SheilaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place was an amazing retreat for me and my daughter meeting up with my brother, his wife and 12 year old. We cooked/grilled all of our meals from home in the extremely well stocked kitchen which also had a few basic spices which was nice. Any utensil or pots and pans you might possibly need are all there. The outside areas were peaceful and so relaxing. The town was just a few minutes away if you needed anything and we took a white water rafting trip super close to us which was convenient. Just a few miles to Sequoia National Park. Thank you for hosting us!

Cabin near Sequoia/ Kings National Park

MarandaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
For someone born and raised on a prairie, this little spot was a quaint slice of heaven. Settled on a hilltop above orange trees, immersed in pure silence. The only reminder of another person is the view of city lights below at night. My kids watched baby birds, found tadpoles and dragonflies. I found my home essentials in a small window-filled house. We loved this spot.

River's Refuge

WendyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy retreat! The scenic drive leading up to the property was breathtaking, and it’s just a short walk to a peaceful creek. We enjoyed spotting deer, hearing birds chirp, and watching squirrels in the area – such a nice touch of nature. The place was exactly as described – warm, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The patio and deck provided the perfect spot to relax outdoors. It was incredibly tranquil and peaceful, ideal for a getaway. Just a heads-up: you'll need to take your trash with you, as there's no onsite disposal. Highly recommend for a restful escape!
