Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Seongdong-gu

As you can see in the photos, it was actually spacious and tidy, so I felt good from the moment I first entered. The host was kind, so I booked in a hurry, but I was able to stay without any inconvenience, and it was close to the subway station and close to the city, so it was convenient to get around. All the families were satisfied and stayed comfortably. If I have a chance to come to Seoul, I would definitely like to visit again.

I honesty cannot express how incredible this home and the hosts were. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were more than incredible to us. They helped with suggestions, the taxi and even helped called a local supermarket to make sure they were open for us. They were also kind enough to let us grill in the patio which was the perfect way to end our stay. I cannot recommend this home enough and would love to return someday. We had a great stay at Eden Project. The place was in the perfect location to visit the palaces. The house was very clean and we really enjoyed our visit.

The host responds quickly and the accommodation is so pretty. The location is also good.

There were a lot of Harry Potter goods and it was well decorated, so I really enjoyed it. It's a really good place to stay.

The room is clean and tidy, the sound insulation is also good, the host will also respond to questions at the first time, and it is very convenient right in Hongdae Exit 1, has joined the pocket list, after that go to Korea first choice.

I had a nice stay

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

It is located 1 minute from Suseo Station. The accessibility is very good.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

The building right next to it is AK Plaza and there are various restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls (Olive Young, Art Box, Spao, Uniqlo, Megabox Cinema, etc.) And if you go just 1 subway stop, there is a Lotte Department Store in Beomgye Station, so the location is really good. It is directly accessible from the underground parking lot of the officetel, and the house is spacious, new, and well-maintained. It was convenient to have a heater, air conditioner, fan, warm air, air purifier, and a washing machine with a drying function, and the host was very responsive and there were notes all over the house that gave instructions, so I felt the host's thoughtfulness. It was nice to be able to enjoy the bright house and nice city view because of the large windows, and one disadvantage was that it was located right next to the subway station (above ground), so those who are sensitive to sound may be slightly disturbed by the sound of the subway guidance broadcast and the train noise while sleeping, but overall, there are more advantages than disadvantages, so I recommend this accommodation.

It was an older pension, but I loved the cleanliness that I felt as soon as I entered. The bedding was in good condition and the bathroom was clean! And the reviews said that the owners were friendly, but they were really kind:) He also checked the requests right away and gave us feedback ~ I also liked the mountain view from the room, so I thought it would be nice to come back around spring and have a barbecue outside. The owner's wife also uses a hat at Santa Claus because it's Christmas. Anyway, I'm having a nice day thanks to you:)

I went there thinking that I would only stay in the accommodation because I had a baby, but it was so perfect! It was so clean, spacious, and the garden was beautiful, so I had a good time. I want to go again when the season changes:)

The scenery was beautiful, and there was a crib, a baby bottle cleaner, and a baby bottle wash brush, so it was a great place to bring a child. The front yard and backyard lawn were really nice! I want to come again next time

It's really, really good. The view is good for the air. It's nice to hang out with friends privately. It's a pretty tableware inside, and everything is prepared, so it's nice. You don't have to bring anything separately. Barbecue. Fire pit. Everything is perfect, and there is a pretty space for group photos, so it's an angle to revisit.

It was the best facility I booked for a group gathering. We visited with 15 people and it felt good that everyone was satisfied. The parking lot is spacious and the private yard is beautiful. The valley is right in front of you, so you can take the stairs down. The water is clean and cool. The barbecue facilities are also well equipped. I think you'll give me more towels if you ask for them, but if you're going to the valley, you might want to bring them separately. The cafe is next door, so it's easy to order drinks, and most importantly, the owner is handsome and kind, so I was able to finish the group gathering pleasantly:)
