Apartment holiday rentals in Seongdong-gu

The location was great and the interior was beautiful. But the subway was right in front of me, so it was a little noisy when I opened the door. I don't think it matters when you turn on the air conditioner in the summer.

Lulu is extremely responsive and friendly, not only she guided us through the entire check in process, she even offered a coupon just because a small hiccup, which is not her fault at all. As a host, Lulu is 10/10! The place is nice and cozy, the view right next to the bed is amazing! Clean and fully furnished for tourist like me. Location is one of the best things about this place, right next to Seoul Station and lots of food!

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

Reo was great and responded quickly to all our queries. She even came to pick us up near Exit 6 of the subway. She also provided us tea bags and cookies. Her place is neat and clean with everything perfectly arranged. The area is very lively filled with many restaurants around. It is very near the Konkuk university subway line 2. Even access to airport bus 6013 was very close by. Would definitely recommend her place. Enjoyed our stay at her place. 🙏

good place to stay in 30mins away from most of the places u would want to visit when u come to korea

It's an officetel, so there's noise from the upper floor. I don't know if they're raising a gorilla upstairs, but it was loud. Other than that, I had a great time in terms of location and price.

The location is nice and cozy, so the two of us stayed comfortably! There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, and it is 10 minutes away from Seongsu Station, so it is quiet and there are all kinds of things to enjoy nearby! However, it felt a little smaller than I expected from the photos. Still, I'm leaving with good memories:)

I felt very comfortable during my stay. The apartment was as advertised, very modern and included so many thoughtful details for a tired traveler. The heating and cooling systems were good, took a bit of getting used to but I guess I just am not used to a high tech setup. After doing 25k steps a day, relaxing in the massage chair with a city and Mountain View was wonderful. They were very informative and responsive via chat with any questions and issues. There’s a super cute upstairs coffee and whiskey bar in an apartment across the street, local market near by and lots of late night eats like soups, fried chicken etc . An Izakaya downstairs. Easy subway access.

Comfortable and warm Korean accommodation, feels like home, thank you host's attentive response and immediate needs support, the house is about 20-30 minutes from each attraction, there are two supermarkets nearby, multiple different types of restaurants, there is also a traditional market, very convenient!Fully equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, boiler (water heater) in the room, basic equipment in the kitchen is also available, convenient by bus nearby, you can reach popular spots such as Sangsu-dong, Mapo, Myeongdong, Euljiro, Jongno, Namdaemun nearby!Highly recommend👏🏻🇰🇷

It's my 2nd time staying at Mir's place and it has always been a really enjoyable one. Mir's place made me felt really at home as it offers many amenities and items that one is likely to need during the stay/trip. Mir also gave really clear guidance and attended to all enquiries very patiently. Would choose to come back again if I have the opportunity to visit Seoul again! ^^

A great stay if you are a solo traveler - the room is clean and well stocked with all necessary amenities. The location is very convenient and quiet, it is near the bus stops and subway (3 different lines running through the station), and the airport night buses also stop nearby (which is great if your flight is in the early morning!). Will definitely be back for my next visit :)

The host who was so kind Well-equipped with everything! It's really clean and everything is convenient. Jamsil Saenae Sports Complex Station is all close, so transportation is convenient. There's plenty to eat! However, there are many bars nearby, so if you're a light sleeper, I think you'll feel a little noisy. I had a hard time with my trip, so I slept well.

This Airbnb was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk to COEX Mall, with easy access through underground subway exits (no need to cross busy streets). Convenience stores like GS25 and a grocery store are also just steps away. Bongeunsa Station (Line 9) and Samseong Station are nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of Seoul. You’re also within walking distance of cultural spots like the beautiful Bongeunsa Temple and the Royal Tombs (about 10 minutes away). The apartment itself was spotless, with stunning day and night views of the city. We felt completely safe throughout our stay, and the locals were friendly and helpful. The hosts were incredibly kind, allowing us to check in a bit early and responding quickly to all our questions. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

This was a great place for our family to stay during our trip here in Seoul. The location was great - we were able to visit the Han river park frequently as it is literally steps away from Alex and Susan’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and helped us find everything we needed! Highly recommend and we would love to stay here again during our next trip to Seoul!

My wife and I loved staying at Jenny's place in Gangnam. The space felt like our home while we explored Gangnam. The view from the window, massage chair, and comfortable bed were particularly excellent. There is a train station nearby, and the buses are convenient too. Jenny is a very kind and responsive host. Her instructions are clear, and I always felt that I could have messaged her with any questions. Although we just left, my wife and I are already planning a trip for next year and hope to stay at Jenny's Airbnb again. Thank you for hosting us!
