Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Seongbuk District

The place looks just like the photos, with beautifully framed views of Itaewon from multiple windows. We stayed here as a grown family of 5, and found the space more than ample. Well considered, very close to the bars and shops yet distant enough to not have disturbances. Like with many Korean homes, accessing the flat requires walking up one flight of a narrow outdoor staircase which is unideal in the rain. But if you have no mobility issues and a light enough suitcase this is not a problem at all. Would stay here again in the future, and host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Great first impression of Korean hospitality!

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Spacious two-bedroom layout provided ample room for our group. The location offered convenient access to public transportation, making city exploration easy. Traditional Korean design elements added a charming and authentic touch. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and well-situated base for discovering Seoul.

I can not express enough how absolutely perfect this place is, and how great of a host KJ and Paul were. I really think AirBNB should hire them to teach more hosts on how to really make the experience memorable! The Hanok very traditional on the outside, but absolutely renovated in the inside. Everything from new bidet toilets to extensively stocked cabinets you won't need much as far as toiletries and necessities. KJ and Paul went out of the way to have us picked up from the airport, to local restaurant recommendations that were excellent. The homes location is a perfect jumping point to the best castles and shrines, all with excellent markets and shopping within walking distance. Really this is the place to book if you are in Seoul I promise you will be amazed.

We absolutely loved the Airbnb, and its unique location within a market made the experience even more interesting. The space was beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic, and the indoor tub was a lovely feature, our kids especially enjoyed it. The host was incredibly responsive and even gave me specific directions to the market when I mentioned I might be using a different entrance. She thoughtfully left a light on at the entrance since we were arriving in the late afternoon, which was a kind gesture that made our first stay in Korea truly memorable. Highly recommended if you are looking to book!

It was much cleaner than the photos, and it was the best accommodation with a peaceful atmosphere that wasn't captured in the photos. I've been to a lot of places, but I think this is the most satisfying and memorable place I've ever been to. I checked in at 3 pm and took a family photo at a time when the sun was shining. The photos taken at the accommodation were as if they were taken in a studio, the sunlight was beautiful, and the interior was really neat. (I was more satisfied than when I took it in the studio) After putting the baby to sleep, we were able to fully enjoy our time together. From 7 o'clock, I enjoyed a foot bath in the yard while watching the sunset, grilled meat in the greenhouse, and after the sun went down, I was warmly watching the fireworks, and before I knew it, it was 10 o'clock at night. When I entered the room, I turned on the TV for the first time in a while and played air games. There was a lot of content to enjoy. I was able to fill my family's space with happy memories without even noticing the time. It was the first trip for my baby, who was less than 100 days old, so I was worried about choosing a place to stay, but I think I made a really good choice. A topper mattress was also prepared for the baby, and blackout curtains were installed, so the baby was able to sleep comfortably without any worries. I'm already recommending it to people around me, and I definitely want to come back next time!🥰👏🏻

Staying in this beautifully restored Hanok house was a truly unique and memorable experience. The traditional architecture has been thoughtfully updated with modern comforts, making it both authentic and incredibly comfortable. Right next door is Maple Tree House, an excellent Korean BBQ restaurant that’s a must-try. The surrounding neighborhood is full of charm—quiet, walkable, and a peaceful retreat from the hustle of downtown Seoul. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience a more serene and culturally rich side of the city.

Room Very clean and clean room!

this place was good for what it was. quiet and easy to access. it was close enough to the subway. while not too much variety in the area, access to different areas still felt accessable. I did accidentally bump my head on the roof while climbing to the bunk bed. and there wasn't any designated place to put my belongings, but I used the shared space with consideration. I like that this host cares about the quality of water. There were filters on every faucet. I wish there were more food options available in the area.

Absolutely great location! Easy to find and also a good spot for shopping. Spacious place to stay. Very sweet that host provides us with different phone charging cables. Happy to return if we visit seoul again.

Very good value for money stay coming here every year

The place looked exactly like the photos with well-curated furniture and decorations. My friend and I had a great time. It's in a quiet area close to lots of cool cafes and restaurants. The only watchout is that it's a 2nd floor walk-up and the stairs are quiet steep, so if you're traveling with a heavy luggage, be ready for a workout.

My stay in the apartment was great. There was everything I needed - separate shower in the bathroom, kitchen with utensils, big bed, a table with a mirror, a TV and AC. I felt safe as a solo f traveler in the area as there was a password needed to enter the building as well as there was cctv. Also the area was nice, quiet and close to the metro lines 1 and 2 so it was convenient to transport to other neighbourhoods. Overall a 10/10 stay and I'd love to come back someday!

It was so good! 😍 The host was so kind, and I was impressed that he responded quickly and kindly whenever I asked. There were 2 rooms, 2 queen beds, and 2 bathrooms, so I stayed with my in-laws and baby, and there was no discomfort at all. There was everything from home cinema, tea, coffee machine, swimming pool, and barbecue, so I didn't have time to get bored even if I played all day in the accommodation. The bed was fluffy, so I slept well, and the area around the accommodation was quiet, so I really healed! Heyri Village was also close, so it was nice to go. I'm satisfied with the facilities, location, and atmosphere, so I want to come again with my friends next time! :)

Hi boss! It's been a long time since I gathered with my really close friends on the weekend and had a really fun and cozy rest. The host is very kind, and when you arrive, please explain how to use it step by step! Thank you for responding so well even though we contacted you late at night because it was getting cold-! The accommodation is much better than the photos and is optimized for multiple people. We used both the barbecue and the cauldron, but it was easy to eat, so we were quite satisfied and ate:) The subtle cypress scent spreading in the room is also pleasant. The tools were clean and tidy, so it was really nice to use. We all complimented this place so much. I want to use it again next time! I'll book here when I get together Thank you.☺️☺️

The contact was smooth, and if I needed anything, they took care of it right away. It was cozy and I was satisfied with the value for the money. However, it was a bit of a pity that there was a cake in the refrigerator that the previous user had eaten and left behind ~ I made a promise with my acquaintances to come again next time!

If you like the countryside atmosphere and nature and raise a dog, it's great!

It's much better than the picture ^ ^ I hesitated thinking about a pension that was a little old because of the curtains, and I went to see that the air was so good, and it was much cleaner and better than I thought. Ethan master bedroom wallpaper is not stained, it's just a simple white, and the bedding is fluffy and clean white ^ ^ The bathroom is newly renovated, so it's clean and pretty. The kitchen is tidy, has everything you need, and there is a bed for two on the second floor, clean bedding, and a small balcony where you can go outside. If you open the large window of the living room on the first floor, you can eat while listening to the sound of rain on the roofed individual balcony, and I couldn't use it this time, but there is also an individual balcony grill ^ ^ And it was really clean that there was no dust in every corner, and there was no dust in the mosquito nets and window sills... And the most important thing!! The air is really good. I knew what it was that the air was sweet. Surrounded by the mountains, you can't hear the sound of cars... I had a really quiet rest. I want to go there again. ^ ^

I stayed with about 25 large families for my grandmother's birthday. There were a lot of people and the period was short, so I asked about this and the owner responded kindly. Both pensions were used alone, and there were a lot of utensils and tableware, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. Above all, my grandmother was satisfied with being big and pleasant, and the whole family was complimented ~ ~ ^ ^ I think I'll come again if I catch my next family trip!! Thank you!

When the weather is good, the view is fantastic. The sunset was like a painting, and I was happy. The dog is also having fun in the yard. There's a barbecue place and lighting, so the atmosphere is the best! However, the windows were blocked because there were a lot of bugs, so it would have been better if we could have gotten some wind from inside, but it was a shame! I saw some ants. It's a wooden house, so it's inevitable. It was a perfect trip in every way! I'm going to go again. ❤️

It's a comfortable accommodation in a really quiet space. The surroundings were quiet and it was located in the mountains, so I was able to rest really comfortably!

It's been a long time since I went to a large scale with my friends and children, and it was so nice. Especially, the jjimjilbang is so charming. The yard wasn't too big, it wasn't small, and it was good for children to play. Even though I arrived a little early, I was ready to check in, and he kindly guided me. I think it would be good to go in the spring.
