Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seocho District

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

Great place conveniently located near Seoul station with lots of food options. Place is as described, with complete amneties provided as per description. Host was friendly and kind enough to extend our checkout time by 1 hour. Felt like a home away from home.

Best place we stayed in Seoul by far - Itaewon has such a fun culture, and the accommodation is just a couple streets away from the main hub for bar hopping so it’s quiet at night but very easy to just walk to if you want to have fun and experience the night life! It’s also very close to amazing restaurants and the train station. Beautiful accommodation, very homey - and Linda is an amazing host she’s always trying to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during your stay.

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

It was really close to Hongik University Station, so it was easy to get around, and the location was really good. When I checked in, they moved my luggage from the 1st to the 4th floor, so it wasn't difficult. The interior of the accommodation was also sensually decorated, and I felt that they paid attention to every single accessory. Overall, the cleanliness was very neat, so I was able to rest comfortably, and especially the mattress was fluffy and comfortable, so I slept well. It rained during the trip, but there was an umbrella prepared at the accommodation, and I was grateful that the host sent a message to use the umbrella comfortably. It was an accommodation where I felt the thoughtful consideration. My wife was really satisfied, so I was really grateful to the host. I definitely want to use it again when I come to Seoul next time.

Very comfortable accommodation! It was close to the subway station and the neighborhood was quiet, so I could relax after the trip. The interior was clean and pretty, the sunlight was good, and the house was big, so I spent it comfortably with my friends and I was very satisfied The host was so kind and quick to respond, I really want to compliment you. It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Cute, clean stay in a great location. It was very convenient to be able to walk to Hongdae. Don't miss other interesting neighborhoods that are also nearby, such as Yeonnam and the areas around Yonsei University. I really enjoyed morning and evening walks along the railway park that is just a couple of blocks away. You can also catch many buses and subway lines nearby. I think the best feature was the proximity to Hyundai department store, which has a very good food court and grocery in the basement. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Just one note - two beds of the beds are in an attic level with a very low ceiling, and may not be suitable for people who get claustrophobic. Otherwise, a very good place to stay!

It was nice to have fast and smooth communication. I was able to use the accommodation comfortably because you adjusted the check-in time. The accommodation was clean and the bedroom was well organized, so I was able to sleep comfortably. All the people who stayed with me were satisfied and rested well.

We had such a lovely stay. The rooms are charming, quiet, and private, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was thorough. The breakfast each morning was delicious, a highlight of the trip! The location was also very convenient and close to great food. The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏

The room was very clean and neat. The house location is very easy to find as well. A bit far from the center but convenient for buses. The train stop is about 1km ~ 15p walk, if lazy, can call a taxi to the train station for ~5kw.
