Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Seocho District

The studio is cute and has everything you need, with direct access to the rooftop, which was nice in the evening. Wan is really responsive and friendly and recommended me some places. Her guide to find the address made everything easy. The neighbourhood is quiet which I appreciated after walking around in the busy centre. If you’re 1.80m or more I would not recommend though as it’s low ceiling, but otherwise it was a perfect spot for me 😊

The instructions are clear (and I received them before hand) and owner very helpful and responsive. They helped me when my luggage was broken and delivery contacted them instead of me. When I arrived, they left cute notes including the “welcome” note in my native language. The places matches description perfectly. It has everything you need for living (kitchen, fridge, drawer, towels, desk and even umbrella) and the place itself is clean, nice and comfortable. Everything works well. The place is perfect for one person. The stair room (lobby) is always clean, fresh and secure. The location is nice too, it’s not on Main Street, yet everything is on walking distance (subway, bus, GS25, restaurants, Gangnam street, Sinsa station, Express bus terminal not far too). Overall I liked my stay very much and I hope to come back one more time at least.

This is great place for a family. Large clean living room and bedrooms with comfortable bed. Location is perfect in the heart of Kangnam 3 min away from subway line 3. Short walk to Garosoo-gil reminiscent of outdoor mall in US. Short walk south to many more restaurants and shops. Will definitely keep this place on my list. Highly recommended.

All the necessary items for a long stay are provided. The cleaning was neat, and communication with the host was smooth. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, and there are necessary facilities such as restaurants and cafes nearby.

It was the best accommodation I've ever used. It was neat and convenient because it was newly built, and it was especially nice to have a parking space.

Clean accommodation with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station and bus stops. Lots of stores nearby for eating and shopping! The instructions are very clear, and 강철 is very responsive to the requests I have made. I would recommend it!

Kyongsoo was such a wonderful host! He was so kind with accommodating an early check-in due to our flight schedule. Everything was so clean and immaculate. Throughout the trip (I stayed 2 weeks) if there were any issues or assistance needed kyongsoo was so incredibly responsive and understanding! The place was a short walk to the nearest subway station as well, so location was also very convenient! Would love to stay hear again next time I’m back in Seoul!

Justina was incredible, and her apartment couldn’t have been in a better location. I asked her for recommendations, and she went above and beyond—she gave me a list of great spots located right in the same building, which was super convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and in a central area within walking distance of everything you could need. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable—I seriously considered taking the blankets and pillows with me! It was a much better experience than staying in a hotel. Justina was also kind enough to offer us a late checkout since no one was checking in that day and our flight was later—something I truly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here again. So grateful to Justina for sharing her lovely space with us!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

I stayed for a month and was so satisfied! It was so easy to go to other places because the subway was close, and there were so many restaurants and cafes around that it was easy to choose a menu! The host was also very kind, and it was nice to get a quick response when I needed something or had a question! It was a little difficult to move the carrier because there was no elevator, but everything else was good. If I come to Korea, I want to stay here again!

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.

The location is great - very convenient to so many things (supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants, Coex center, baseball stadium, bike/walking path, etc.) just by walking! And the Bongeungsa station is very close so you can reach everything else. The space is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home! Sungmo met me and showed me the place - he was kind and friendly. Next time I'm in Seoul, I'm calling Sungmo first! This space is 99.9% perfect! (And it could get to 100 if it had one or two larger (like "bath sized") towels but that is a tiny complaint for a fantastic experience!
