Holiday rentals with breakfast in Seocho District

We arrived late at night and were immediately in awe of how beautiful the hanok looked! It’s tucked away in a peaceful area, offering a perfect mix of traditional charm and modern comfort. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. A welcome tray of Korean snacks and tea was a thoughtful touch. The hosts were excellent—communicative, helpful with arranging airport transport, and even assisted with our luggage on the last day. We truly wished we had booked a longer stay! A few small suggestions to improve the experience: a full-length mirror both upstairs and downstairs, a small bin in the toilet, hooks and shelves in the shower/sink area, and a door (instead of a curtain) for better privacy. An iron and ironing board would also be a welcome addition. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hanok to anyone looking to enjoy a more traditional Korean stay without sacrificing comfort.

Great place conveniently located near Seoul station with lots of food options. Place is as described, with complete amneties provided as per description. Host was friendly and kind enough to extend our checkout time by 1 hour. Felt like a home away from home.

Best place we stayed in Seoul by far - Itaewon has such a fun culture, and the accommodation is just a couple streets away from the main hub for bar hopping so it’s quiet at night but very easy to just walk to if you want to have fun and experience the night life! It’s also very close to amazing restaurants and the train station. Beautiful accommodation, very homey - and Linda is an amazing host she’s always trying to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during your stay.

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

The location is perfect for exploring Seoul because you’re in the midst of the Bukchon shops and cafes, walkable to two palaces and to Insadong, and have easy access to subway or bus too. Meanwhile the hanok itself is set away from the road so it is a very peaceful place to return at the end of the day. It was a little difficult to find when we first arrived, however, Jihyun proactively provided photos to help us and messaged several times during the week to check on us. She also stocked the house with a little coffee, snacks, and ramen cups to get us started. The house is architecturally beautiful, and clean and charming. Note that the doorways are low which might be a challenge for a big person. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and having Jihyun as our host.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The COZE team were readily available and easy to communicate with. The airport pickup service made it so easy to get to the home after long flights. The home was very comfortable with great amenities. Thank you COZE!

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Cute, clean stay in a great location. It was very convenient to be able to walk to Hongdae. Don't miss other interesting neighborhoods that are also nearby, such as Yeonnam and the areas around Yonsei University. I really enjoyed morning and evening walks along the railway park that is just a couple of blocks away. You can also catch many buses and subway lines nearby. I think the best feature was the proximity to Hyundai department store, which has a very good food court and grocery in the basement. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Just one note - two beds of the beds are in an attic level with a very low ceiling, and may not be suitable for people who get claustrophobic. Otherwise, a very good place to stay!

소통이 빠르고 원활하게 이루어져서 좋았습니다. 체크인 시간을 조정해 주셔서 편안하게 숙소를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 침실이 잘 정돈되어 있어서 쾌적하게 수면 할 수 있었습니다. 함께 묵었던 분들이 모두 만족하며 잘 쉬고 왔습니다.

예약하고 정말 급하게 찾아갔는데 응답이 빠르셔서 소통이 잘 되어서 좋았어요. 숙소도 깔끔하고 급한 일로 찾아갔는데 모텔이나 호텔보다 훨씬 낫네요 ㅎㅎ 집도 깔끔하고 화장실도 그렇고 군데군데 신경 많이 쓰신게 느껴져서 좋았습니다!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux! Tout était parfait. L'hôte ne parle pas anglais mais la communication est très fluide grâce a Airbnb. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, l'environnement est super paisible et agréable, nous n'entendons que le chant des oiseaux, c'est top. De plus on nous a permis de laisser nos valises en avance et de les stocker quelques heures après notre depart. Merci beaucoup!

We had such a lovely stay. The rooms are charming, quiet, and private, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping was thorough. The breakfast each morning was delicious, a highlight of the trip! The location was also very convenient and close to great food. This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏
